They messes up my order but made it right! Soooo happy that Newark Penn Station has one!
Out of espresso one day. Next day the barista was busy chatting away with someone instead of making my drinks so I sat for almost ten minutes waiting... while there were no other customers there.
I ordered two drinks, 1 no ice and the other light ice. The No ice drink was filled with ice so I said excuse me and was ignored, repeated myself and I was talked to with an attitude. They lady working cash register denied me telling her no ice and light ice . Now I have my drinks and they taste horrible and light .
This establishment is one of the best in newark. I love the staff very hardworking and determined to satisfy their customers.
Very very bad, the coffee taste like one percent milk and like warm water.
??????? attention is totally unpleasant I will not understand why people who do not like to work do it, especially those who have problems with customer service and whose education is below zero the cashier who is at Newark Penn should give her school it is very unpleasant and rude and the most impressive thing is that we continue to allow them to abuse us as clients when without us they would not have money in their pocketI think that all those people who are homeless at the station have more education and customer service than that group of ignorant people who serve there “”” they need help
Every time I order a beverage, my cup is half full. Why am I ordering a venti if they are only giving me a Grande in a big cup! After the second time, I refuse to go back. Waste of money

After reading the reviews below, I am kind of surprised because I have not experienced any of the mentioned issues. I would agree with their speed but at the same time, I am taking into consideration that people can only move but so fast and do so much all at once. I enjoy this location as it is convenient, I love the music and the staff as well. The one thing I would say is that I am never sure of their hours- like its closed right now and has been for about a week with no indication as to when its gonna re-open. I am just surprised if they are open or not daily once I get off the path.
They were quick and pleasant. Today
