Expensive and the taste of most drinks are bad. The only reason why I come here is because this place is my only option to get coffee on campus. Today I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and I got mostly cold brew and little sweet cream foam. I work at Starbucks and that is not how a VSC cold brew is made.
Coffee was terrible (ordered a flat white)!
If I could give a negative start I would! Horrible slow service, people working at this place just look so miserable!
They are bad because they have to Wait 59 minutes and they made me to wait 49 minutes so it is bad I am never go back.
Twice I placed a order through the app for a Java chip frap on separate days. And on both times they did not have Frappuccino. I can not get a refund easily since it was placed through the app. Therefore I was left unhappy with other drinks. Mary I believe the manager was not helpful.
Great place,serve almost everything Sbux should have. Slow service though but that is expected. Will be going back again and again.
They are always way to busy! Don’t place online orders or they will make you wait 45 min then tell you that they can’t make your order and u can go get a refund from the manager which wasn’t available for another 15 min overall ridiculous don’t order from here!
