Horrible. No wonder nobody was there. Our food took 1 hour for something that should’ve taken 10 minutes. Plus we didn’t even get half of our order. My mocha wasn’t even a mocha it was watered down without Cream or sugar. I ordered a iced mocha and I got a warm black coffee. When we went to ask where our food was and they called us impatient idiots. Definitely will not be coming back. The food was horrible once we got it .
The extremely expensive food was exceptional, but the 25 minute wait for the food that all came out at the same time stinks. No real waiters as you order on the smartphone. Runners bring out the food. You can't even get water until your food comes as there's no way to add tap water to the order. Unless, you're lucky enough to intercept one of the runners.
Located in Terminal C at Newark Int'l Airport. Easy to order and pay at the table using the QR Code to access the website.I ordered the Avocado Toast with a Side Salad and it was fresh and very tasty. Great choice. My son ordered the Croque Madame, with a fried egg, ham and swiss with a Bechamel and salad. Quite good.Little pricey but the food was fresh and enjoyable.
Very bad service! If only I could give no stars at all. The service is snail like. The food is expensive but nothing out of the world. If you are a hungry traveller I would recommend you to choose another place to eat. The ambience and staff looks and acts bougie but service is not a per at all! We waited 45 minutes to get just two omelettes. And I don't understand what kind of hospitality service is the staff won't even care to serve a glass of water when you are seated. After we were done eating we asked for water and the server just rolled their eyes!! And when the water arrived the rim of the glasses were dirty and had food particles stuck to it. We didn't drink that water. If you walk a little ahead you will find a water refill station and drink from there.
Don't come here.We ordered one simple grilled chicken sandwich and it took forever. The food came out only after we checked with one of the waitresses on our order and the grilled chicken was cold! French fries weren't hot. Which means the food were sitting at the serving tray all the while? I don't know but anyway I don't think this is the speed that they should serve foods at the airport for travellers who have a plane ti board.
What was to be a leisurely dinner turned into a scramble. Seated when it was not crowded. Waited over an hour for food, asked three different servers to follow up. Finally received food 10 min before boarding flight and scarfed it down. Observed a handful of customers who asked for a refund as there flights were boarding and they had not received their food. Waiters/waitresses don’t seem to care and often enter a round of finger pointing at mgmt. Guess when you’re paying the tip up front there is no need to take your customers seriously. If you have a few hours to burn and aren’t hungry you may be ok to wait. The food actually is decent for the airport.
This place is not that high end for the servers to act the way they do. The food was fine, all airport food is usually priced high so it was not out of the ordinary. But when we began ordering a server commented that my sister was not allowed to eat her cookie since it was not from the restaurant. Ok, that’s fine. Then he glanced at my order and mentions that all I ordered was not available. I ask if I could get a regular coffee then and he dismissively states they don’t have any hot drinks. He was rude, maybe I should have left but my flight was delayed and I was hungry. So I get a sandwich and my boyfriend orders the French dip. It took 45 minutes for some sandwiches, and then my boyfriend asked the server who brought us our food for water and she groaned and rolled her eyes right in front of us. These people were so rude and it was not worth it.
Selection of beers and wine, limited food choice with breakfast dishes served until 11am. Coffee and tea ok. The granola yoghurt parfait is okay - bit on the sweet side and more like biscuit than oats.
Pricey, slow service (we got our food completely cold after it sat on the counter for 15 minutes). Chicken was so dry I had to drink a cup of water to wash it down. Cobb salad came with such a tiny a sliver of avocado I mistook it for a piece of lettuce.Literally get food from anywhere else. Starbucks to go is just down the walkway. Plus two stars for the ambience though. Social spacing is respected.
Got an order to go because we knew we wouldn’t finish it. After taking 1 bite a server immediately came over and demanded a tip. We leave cash tips after completing our meal. We immediately walked out. Here’s a tip, let’s your guests enjoy their meal before demanding money. Food was average not worth the price or harassment
