Once again terrible service I don’t know why I came back to this restaurant the waitress didn't know what she was doing she couldn’t serve other customers right as well I give this restaurant a big L!! Don’t come here
I've been there many times. When it is not busy, service is okay but when it is busy they may not even look at you for a long time and that's rude. So, that happened to my husband and me last time we went there, we left....4 stars because food is good
Horrible phone call. I called to ask what they had for lunch and the lady didn’t event let me finish and responded. She said them so fast and expected us to say what we want quickly. We couldn’t even process what the lady said. We asked her to repeat again and she got annoyed. She ended up ending the call. How are you suppose to make sales when you have horrible customer service ?
Estuve con mi esposa y mi hija en el día de hoy, el canezalo demasiado dulce, no me aceptaron pagar con ninguna de las tres tarjetas débito que presente, no tienen cortesía con los clientes,, no se presentó el manager, tienen calificación B del departamento de salud e higiene del estado de New York. No recomiendo este sitio a nadie.
When there for my Christmas dinner with myself and wait for ten minutes before somebody on front of me asked me what I want to eat. After I told them what I want they started served my food and started argument. Everybody in the cafeteria area can't heard it. I left with no food bc they never finished to serve me. Never again and never will recommended this place. Use to be friendly and good food but the service is horrible.
Horrendously, is winter time and there's not heating at all is cold, no music and the service is slow and got no idea how do you want your steak, juice is warm made out of room temperature water.At the end is understandable why is so empty this place.

Friendly service from the male waiters not so much from the others. Order was precise and Food was flavorful. They actually put liquor in their Drinks. You're paying Manhattan prices and Parking is the biggest issue!
