This is my 4th time going there for the month and they don't have chicken. How on earth Popeyes don't have chicken. Went there and waited for an hour and a half for them to open, when they were supposed to be open 3 hours ago. They finally opened and guess what? That's right, NO chicken, only sandwiches. I am never wasting my time with them anymore. Horrible place
Staff was nice , The wait was too long and they ran out of the sides I selected before getting the order
Bathroom not open to the public. Portions are less than other restaurants.
They closed restrooms for customers. You can not even wash your hands, before eating. That's crazy.
They can't get orders right especially after I paid for it check your order before you leave
This location Popeye's is always a disappointing. I know they probably short of staff, but I waited an hour for my food. The food had to be made. The customer service were nice but we should of received extra food for our time or apologize for the wait. I didn't get either.The food was good no complaints. This Popeye's location need help on Springfield Ave in Newark New Jersey. Have anyone else experience problems at this location?

Rats and roaches running around over peoples feet, lemonade machine is moldy and have bugs coming out the drinks, they need there old crew back because this store is going downhill . Everyday they don’t have something , fries drinks and ect. They play with there employees moneys , and they slave there workers
Went to the wrong restaurant, took and extra 25 mins and still had to wait for my food to be placed in boxes.
