Place is pretty good. Always enjoyed their Bowls and smoothies. Favorite part is seeing them prepare it for you

The manager Lisa and her staff of Jaelyn , and Jaylee are the dream team.I was welcoming establishment with smiles and high vibrations. I was being a picky client and my expectations were over met by TV like commercial customer service. Lisa made the smoothie and & both Lisa and Jaelyn asked me for feedback about the smoothie. This isn’t a generic interaction or atmosphere it’s very genuine and fun. This now my Offical go to smoothie bar. I highly recommend this business to all who value customer service great tasting and high quality smoothies and more.
Forget the ice cream and head to Playa Bowl, your kids will luv it! I saw a Dad grab his order and his lil son started dancing. Sooo choose the best option!

I am always pleased when I order from this location. They always get my order correct and the portions are great. This location NEVER lets me down. I'm willing to drive a little farther for better service. You are much better than the Millburn location.
The service was fast & friendly. They place is clean and my bowl was delicious!
I normally come to this location and leave happy but today I was annoyed. I watched the young lady who was preparing the fruit portion of the bowl go to the back and come out with pink wet cloths. She did not change her gloves and proceeded to add my fruit on my bowl. When I asked for another bowl they looked at me in disbelief and said they sanitize the stations and that it was wet with just water.The fact that she did not change her gloves when touching surfaces non related to food for cleaning supplies is ridiculous.
We love how fresh everything is when we order our favorite “Nutella bowl”. Staff is very friendly and the location very clean!
I always eat from here and never have any issues. The manager a heavy set white lady was there this morning I ordered a fruit bowl with granola and she had to make my order over because she barley gave my any fruit just a bunch of granola. When I asked her why she gave me that amount of fruit she said that’s the regular size serving portion which isn’t true because I always eat the same thing and my bowls are usually packed with fruit also I paid for extra fruit as well. She then replied she will talk to her staffing team over fruit ???? I even showed her a picture of the bowl I had yesterday and it didn’t look nothing like what she served me today. She has a very nasty attitude when I got home my own barley had granola inside of it just a bunch of crumbs .
