I am a frequent flyer for American Airlines. Every time I stop at Philips the customer service has been completely terrible. From the bartenders to the servers speaking in different languages, long wait times, etc. I am happy I decided to recently give it a try again I love the lobster roll. They have recently hired a young beautiful African American woman named Berenice. 100% satisfied with service. I watched her flip tables in a section by herself and be full hustle mode while still giving her best service to me. Keep up the great work!
Phillips is a national brand that strives on its authenticity. This location was not it. Lobster roll contained fillers and I would've sworn I tasted tuna.I travel Alot, so if this is how Phillips taste in airports, I'll pass ?Only thing good was the waffle fries... And ps, they don't know how to make a proper Manhattan ?
$20 for the crab cake breakfast set. 2 pieces of plain bread included. A bit misleading from the menu description. Pricey but could be due to Airport prices. Not many other options around.
This brand is supposed to be famous for seafood… Look at their Crab Cake and Eggs, it’s such a poor presentation and small portion of a crab cake for $20. I’d rather spend it on a frozen box of crab cakes. Also, if you look at the menu, the meal is supposed to come with Texas Toast. It came with two pieces of white bread as you can see.Next photo is supposedly their “signature” Bloody Mary. It’s smaller than a soda cup and pretty much all ice with a celery stick, olive, and wedge of lime. That small orange juice cup “signature Bloody Mary” is $14. This place is a huge waste of money and a disgrace to their brand name. I don’t recommend it by any means. I don’t usually write many reviews, but when I do, it’s to warn others to save their money.
Best option in Terminal A, against weak competition. Standard food, spacious bar, ok wines; prices high but not exorbitant. And sloooooooow service. Took 20 minutes to place my order, no water. Understaffed and no hussle – unacceptable in an airport where people are rushing for their flights. If you have an hour, fine place to stop, but in a rush? Give a pass.
Good morningJust order1 JCE Orange1 Savory Ches Omtt Texas ToastWhen I start to eat I noticed hair in my omelette.Order a cup of orange juice the cup was dirty.
Not well staffed for the morning breakfast rush, but Dominique worked non-stop to serve the crowd that was there. For a restaurant in an airport the prices were incredibly reasonable. Took out some of the sting from being at the airport at 6am
It was okay. I had a Caesar salad. Nothing to brag about. It's an airport restaurant. If you're hungry or craving something, it does the trick. Had ice cold beer, it was good too.
Service was quick (it was less busy part of a day) and I enjoyed my crab cake sliders.
Had a relaxing time before our flight. Only advise is to ask for the signature drink prices.. they are not indicated in the menu.. drinks were good..
