Their customers service is possible poor. I went into the restaurant and no one said a word to me for a good 10 minutes because they were busy having full blown conversations with other customers. When I finally spoke to the husband he was extremely rude and dismissive. I waited another 15 minutes before the wife asked for my order only to ask me if I spoke twi when I told her I wanted waakye which I answered No to. Even the customer she was having the conversation with chimed in to ask me if I was Ghanaian because I didn't say waakye the way Ghanaians say it. I said okay and waited another 30 minutes for my food. Apparently if you are not Ghanaian and twi then you are probably not welcome to their restaurant.

Food was great, place was very neat as compared to other places in have visited. Order wasn't ready when I got there but I could tell they were extremely busy so I understand. My only problem is with the man behind the counter, it was help if he could be a little nice. He is frowning all the time. I mean it could be a normal face but it's not good for business. Pls smile a bit it's part of customer service.

The man at the counter is rude. Food is quite okay

Ordering an hour ahead doesn't guarantee you picking up as soon as you get to the store, and when you ask the man at the counter who wears his mask below his chin be ready to be insulted. He practically lacks courtesy and I think they need more hands.

Food is awesome

I used to love their food when they were in the truck but since they move to the actual restaurant there has always been a problem. I make sure that I call at least 30 mins before going there to get my food. I shouldn’t have to get there and still have to wait an hour. I got sick the other day from her jollof rice and today I went to grab tz got home just to find the green soup tasting and smelling like burnt food. It seems like it was from the bottom of the pot. The whole food was just a bad. I called them to let them know and she’s telling me she doesn’t know what am talking about. I’m so disappointed because as Ghanaian we should do better than this. I only called them to let them know that wasn’t right but for them to act like I don’t know what am talking about is very disrespectful; I know how the food is suppose to taste like and I know when the food is burnt. Everybody at the restaurant was complaining about how long they have to wait just to get their food. This is not good for business.

Oh yes amazing everyone go there plz show them some love
