As a regular customer who has also introduced this place to many friends I’m extremely disappointed by the customer service. This is the second time that the delivery man has cursed at me and friends as well. He proceeded to state “f**k you” after I paid for a large amount of food and other racially motivated statements because I guess my tip was not sufficient for him. If you have cursed me out in the past, why would I be tipping you moving forward? I honestly blame myself for continuing to support this restaurant after my first encounter with this disgusting man and their poor customer service. The manager is pretty useless too so good luck with that.

I ordered food from them yesterday a platter that consist of five fish a jumbo shrimp to crab Sticks and Eight small shrimps and I asked the gentleman to tell the cook don’t fry them I mean hard food was hard so today I ordered chicken and I asked for it not to be fried hard and it wasn’t but the smell was horrible I don’t know what the smell was but I will never order from them again because the food was not fresh she said the food with fresh no it was not it has a stinky smell to it If I could give it a zero i would and the cook has the nerve to call me back and was getting smart with me your cook is very nasty and for getting food from some where else I already know that
I have never wanted to eat from any place in Newark but yesterday I was searching for some good clean and rated highly Chinese and I found this 0lace o being across from City Hall figure it to be good and YES IT WAS!! I LOVED MY CHICKEN EGG FO YOUNG WITH CHICKEN FRIED RICE... was awesome andcI will be back!!!

It's good, but there isn't any parking. They don't give an accurate ETA on your food, so you risk a ticket picking up your food.
