This McDonald has bad customer service every time I go through the drive thru my orders now correct I’m so tried of the lack of service I rather get on the highway and go to a better McDonald’s I’m done with this McDonald and then when you call nobody never answer I won’t have gave 1 star if that was an option

Went through the drive thru of this location a few minutes ago and my order was incomplete. They charged me for sandwiches and drinks not the full meal. So I gave them my card to charge the additional amount. As the young lady at the 2nd window proceeded to give me my things I noticed I was missing sauce and another drink which I then asked her for. I checked my bag while she was getting that and she came back as I was looking through my bags. I only noticed she was back when she said "oh my God" in an annoyed tone. "I replied excuse me what did you say" , to which she then motioned me to move out of the line. It took everything in me not to come out of character and stoop to her level. So instead I'll write this review and hopefully her manager will see it and address it. Since she dislikes her job so much and couldn't understand a person wanting to check their order since it was wrong in the first place. I've been a worker in fast food before so I understand how the rush can be frustrating, but as an employee it gives you no right to take that tone with a customer especially when it was not warranted. I'll make it a point to not patronize your business again as a result of her attitude.

When a customer comes in to make a order. Instead of having them wait by a cash register for 20 minutes to place a order (and no one ever even came to help) I realized I can just order from the kiosk. Tell People this!! Do not have me stand by the register for 20 minutes, staring at me but not directing me. ALSO do something about these dam pan handlers waiting for change at the drive thru. Disgusting!

Wanted to redeem my rewards points, and they did not acknowledge it. Their response was “Don’t you have $5 dollars?”. Their attitude were the worst in drive-thru history. DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALD’S

Grayson and giving a two stars because of good service recently I don't give no more stars because the burgers and the fries and everything getting smaller

You need to check on your order immediately. They make a lot of mistake and its annoying having to go remind them they missed a pack of fries or sandwich. Food is always hot and tasty though

Service is horrible. Waited over 15 minutes for an order. Everyone was just chatting laughing loud. I interrupted them like 2 times to ask about my order and one worker said I needed to wait and continued talking. If it wasn’t cause i paid I would of just walked out. Definitely won’t be back here.

Service horrible for thru .I specifically stated that I did not want tomatoes on my sandwich due to a tomato allergy.I didn’t realize they placed tomatoes on my sandwich until I got home.The first guy in the drive thru asked me before I paid if I wanted tomatoes I told him no; he made sure and my receipt of my purchase reflected that he made a note of that.I just don’t understand. Now that’s money wasted .

On my way to work was gone get egg mc muffin, lady sad to move from the drive through, at 4:57am they open at 5am, wow. And next day we dont open till 6am

Pretty solid mcdonald's location. I wish they brought back the chip ahoy mcfluffy. also here i am playoin basketball
