Went here on a Saturday morning, ordered the whiting fish and grits combo which came w/ 3 eggs as well. I also had a side order of salmon cakes. The food was not the best. The fish was fried to perfection but somebody forgot to season it. When I say no season it had none. My niece and sister's whiting fish combo were the same. The salmon cakes were loaded with filler, I struggled to eat one of the two. We ordered a sideorder of jumbo shrimp and I must say they were excellently seasoned and truly jumbo. One other note I must make is the servers were excellent as well.
I only gave a star to write my review!!! The uptown nasty!!! Ordered grits eggs bacon and nothing had taste to it!! And no I’m not sick!!! I won’t be coming back
Walk in the staff is courtesy. Place is clean and the staff is down to earth but yet professional. I ordered a chicken dinner along with a catfish dinner. Yummy yummy yummy. I will definitely visit this establishment more often until I try all there entrées.
Auntie , older waitress, been here forever....she is the best ever such a sweet heart , the owners daughter is a beautiful person as well ....her and staff stayed laterto accommodate my pastors bday dinner gathering, please come and support food is amazing
Service was fine, however, the food made me very sick. It may have been the mayo.
Oxtails not well done portion to small for price
We had a great time celebrating my aunts birthday! The customer service was AMAZING! The food was sooooooooo goooood and tasty!! The portions were Huge!! No shorts at all. We recommend to stop in and enjoy and EAT!!
The catfish dinner was very good
I had Oxtails once & it was ok, I have breakfast there all the time and it's very good. Bacon, eggs, grits is less than$8 the waitresses is very friendly......
