Ordered delivery from this location via Jersey Mike’s own website. My order never even left the store.I tried calling the store several times to get a refund for my order, after being directed to by corporate, and each time I was told a manager wasn’t available (if they would pick up at all). Their corporate offices also reached out to the store manager trying to resolve it, and the they didn’t answer them either.I am out somewhere between $50-100 and the store is seemingly trying to dodge the issue entirely.

Must have been a blind person reading the Uber eats order. Forgot 4 of the 6 items. And put Mayo on everything when no Mayo clicked on anything
If you love Jersey Mike's and know them for their quality then I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in and already they was messing up somebody else's order. The portion that I got was way too small for the price that I paid, barley got any tuna on one side of my sandwich and the bread was stale. This will be the last time I go over here for lunch.
Brand new and very clean inside! Staff was friendly and efficient, and food was good. Great addition to the Gateway building!
So excited for this to open in Gateway Center. Friendly staff, very clean, and delicious Jersey Mike's subs! Definitely recommend.
Long wait for an online order. Far exceeded the estimated time the app gave. Then they took other customer's order before finishing the existing online order. One person waited 45 minutes. When the center goes back to pre-covid traffic, this location will have to do MUCH better.

Great Experience and great food. The staff is exceptional and I would highly suggest returning to this location. The subs were made as seen in the pictures with top quality and care. They do not compromise in ingredients.
