Great stadium I don’t follow hockey as much as I used to but I love the Devils my favorite Hockey Team the building is so cool the Devil mascot is so cool and the place is awesome they also have several shows like Disney on ice
I have been to several concerts at "The Rock" Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. I am from Kearny, NJ and I have never ever had a issue here. Prudential security and Newark Police Department. #1 in making me feel safe..... Prudential Center needs more Country Music events...... My last event was Garth Brooks.
Parking adjacent to the center was $45.00. I'm sure you could find more reasonable parking. Seats were comfortable in our section but not roomy. Place appears to be well maintained. Aren't going to rate the performance, but the center. I found the acoustics was not great. Help at the counters were quick, although you know anything purchased is expensive which is to be expected. Wouldn't hesitate to attend any other events here.
My first time going to the Prudential Center and we were seeing Céline Dion. The venue was very clean, there were nice food choices as well as snacks and drinks. The bathrooms were well maintained and decorated with a modern flair. We sat in the 106 section and saw her sing with no straining our eyes. The acoustics were great. The staff were very helpful when we asked questions and were good with directing us out after the show was over. I was surprised that the venders outside the show were peddling shirts so close to the police officers and they did not bother them at all. Finding parking was easy and the prices were cheaper the NYC parking garages and lots.
Saw the Celine Dion concert last night and she was great. The sound system was not the best from where we were sitting, in section 129 and the seats were narrow and offered no leg room. At least the view to the stage was good.
