Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered peppers shrimp and oxtails through DoorDash, the peppered shrimp was completely rotten. It stinked up the room immediately I opened it. Imagine being hungry, only to be served rotten food, you paid for.
I have tried and tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately you have fell numerous times every time I come in this place the food gets worse But your prices continue to go up I don't know how do you guys stay in business yes I was there tonight the gentleman served me I got a large oxtail that cost me $22 a side of Mac and cheese for $5 You guys should be shut down for serving such a nasty dish of Mac and cheese it's pathetic. Let's not talk about the oxtails trash.......
Ordered pepper shrimp and chicken soup it was the worst ever pepershrimp was cold and rubbery tasted very old and soup was water down no taste what so everDon’t waste your money
Wish there was a zero. Food is delicious but the lady I dealt with was rude. I challenged her for charging me a different price than what was advertised and she became defensive. I won’t spend my money here again.

The Oxtails were very very Tasty!They have PORK and they use the same spoons for other meats. That's a wrap for me.I would expect a different response other then "First and foremost". Get over yourself.Moving forward, my review is my review like it, don't like it.I WITNESSED, the 1 (ONE) serving spoon for the meats. Nowadays people don't eat pork and prefer not to eat from places that serve pork or places that don't separate their serving utensils.
Ordered curry shrimp. Never had a curry dish so bland and dry, no sauce. Overcooked mushy vegetables. Most of dish is rice. Small section of ‘main dish’ small section of cabbage, huge amount of white rice. Poor quality, poor quantity. Just overall disappointing dish.At home, when I order, I get mostly main dish and a very small side of rice comes with meal. Jam icons is ridiculously bad.
I love Jamaican food and everytime I travel I am always in the mood for delicious oxtails. Today, I was surprised with the type of service I received at this establishment because I didn't expect to be disrespected and told that I couldn't just order a large tray of oxtails for my family. I ask them why they weren't able to fulfill my request and instead made an entire to go container full of rice and 3 oxtails and 3 plantains. Again, I'm ordering the food for my entire family. They told me to pay and leave. This cost me $22 for a tray full of rice and 3 oxtails. I'm am not happy.
The food is delicious but there are times I order and it tastes unseasoned. I’m not sure if there are multiple chefs but they don’t add up. When it’s goood it’s good just most time I get the bad ones. I would eat this everyday smh. Very cook should do the same recipe I’m confused. In the meantime imma stop ordering evevyday, sick of getting disappointed. But still a great place when the right person makes your food.( if you want I’ll give you the exact day when I ordered and it was sooo perfect ). But it’s good overall
