This spot provides fantastic service and enjoyable food. One of the best spot in town. The food and drinks served rapidly and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
The food here was good but being in an airport it was expensive. Also the service was very good. I would recommend going here for food should you have time.
It's a given that hotels, and especially airport hotels, charge high prices for food. I guess if a $16 burger, fries and a beer is your idea of a good meal you might find this place to be okay. However, if you want to eat healthily, are a vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, good luck finding anything on the menu other than a salad. I tried the salmon. It was dry, tasteless and my tab was around $30. Pass.
Our food came out hot and delicious. The sandwiches were flavorful and delicious. The fries were also hot and delicious. Service was quick and friendly.
Had to eat somewhere so we decided to try the restaurant in our hotel. Pleasant surprise. Great cheese tray and pizza.
The whole food experience in Newark Aitport is weird to me, everywhere you look are Ipda devices one would use to browse food and drink options. There are areas serving food that is ordered from a different restaurant but delivered to your location. Very expensive, but I guess you're paying for the electric bill to power all the technological devices. My bill was $42 for a chicken sandwich (which was reordered because they delivered it to some other seat, so for some reason, the server thought I had received my order...huh), a bottle of Fiji water and a top-shelf margarita on the rocks (about 8oz glass). I did receive fries with the sandwich...so I was fulfilled with the meal. Yes, I would go back to eat here.
Nice place conveniently in the Marriott. Worth it to me because of that. Atmosphere is good as was service. I had salad with salmon added. Food quality okay-good. Price was high for that level of food quality.
I ate my dinner at the Aviation Grille located in the lobby of the Marriott!! Service was very quick and the place was packed. I had a great wine and a nice cobb salad and both of those were super. My server, Millie, was the best!!! She was super attentive and had a great personality and was quick and a joy to work with. This place, for a hotel, is a super nice place with great food and service and obviously convenience!!!!!
We ate lunch and dinner in the Aviation Grill. The food was good quality and was promptly served. Menu selections are a bit limited but as good as other hotel restaurants we have visited. For the evening meal we invited nearby relatives to join us. The staff adjusted well to having two infants included.
While attending my 50th high school reunion at the Airport Marriott, I decided to have lunch instead of eating the snacks provided in the reunion game room. The hostess seated me immediately. I noticed a classmate two tables over and we decided to sit together. Service was sporadic. At times no servers were visible in the restaurant, and I had to wait a full ten minutes after I received the check before the server returned to take my payment. Since I wanted something healthy, I ordered a salad ($12) topped with grilled shrimp ($8)...dressing on the side. The greens were fresh and tasty and there was a generous helping of shaved carrots along with cucumber, chickpeas, red onion and black olives. There were four large, perfectly grilled shrimp with great grill marks and a wonderful grilled taste. The salad was delicious and satisfying. While I was waiting for the server to pick up my payment, I heard the hostess inform a different server that the restaurant would have no hostess until 4:00...(It was about 3 at that time.) It seems that they had some staffing issues on this day.
