You usual Ihop place, friendly staff, fast enough serving time and good flavor overall.The lemon cream on the protein pancakes was very disappointing.
First let me Say Ruben is a superstar he’s is amazing at what he does he went above and beyond for me and my mom. He provided Excellent customer service not just for us but to everyone he waited on in the restaurant. The Training Manager Leen was absolutely fabulous she was so kind and caring and she made sure all of our needs were met which made the environment enjoyable. Our meal was delicious and that Catfish the Ruben Recommended was superb.
Exceptional location! Second time here and despite being very busy this morning, we were seated with almost no wait, servers were very courteous and accommodating. Food came out considerably quick, even though they were very busy, hot and delicious! It's our go-to location near our newly purchased ? in Newark!
I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now. I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and attentive soon as you walk in the door. The manager and staff are very concerned on your experience during your meal, every so often they come around and ask is everything ok, or see if the customers need anything additional to their order. This one server (Donnette) is amazing. From day one she has been a joy. She’s very hospitable, attentive, professional, and most of all patient with the way she handles her customers including me. She’s the reason I keep going back and will continue to.
The customer service was exceptional. I’ve been to the Bergen street location several times without a complain. Donnette always makes me feel welcomed. she is very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable on all the items on the menu. Fidelia, the hostess at the door was very kind to us in waiting to be seated. Wendy the manager checked on us several times to ensure all was going well, we really appreciated that. I’ll always return to this location with friends and family.
I was a part of a large group that had dinner at this location and the service was EXCELLENT (I cannot stress how good the service was, it was truly the best IHOP experience I’ve ever had.) And the food was really good. We had a bunch of servers who helped out with us and they were all very attentive to our needs, Ashley in particular was an amazing server! If you’re looking for a good spot to get some easy, but good quality food, this IHOP is a really great spot!
When I went to this restaurant there was great help everyone was so nice and just all around amazing. I would highly recommend coming here because even in the busyness everyone kept ca and same with a strong sense of ability.
Service was slow at this location took about 30mins to get the food. I actually think that was the longest I've waited at an IHOP. Also the food didn't wow me like the Florida locations I've tried. Hash browns were burnt and the scrambled eggs were a bit mushy. The staff were nice and friendly though.
