I love this place. I've been eating there for years since I've lived in Newark and have never been disappointed. Brazilian eateries can be hit or miss, but this lanchonete style restaurant has nice hamburgers, Brazilian croquettes and pastries, sweets and desserts, and the trendy açai. Their coxinhas are some of the best around, as are their kibes. They have good pastéis and rissoles as well. Try the X-tudo, the burger with everything in it...beef, ham, bacon, mozzarella, egg, corn, potato sticks, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup...it's huge and delicious.
#1: authentic acai. Haven't been able to find it without some silly American twist so i usually make it at home. This place does it right. This is the main reason I come here.I have had a sandwich here and it was awesome. The number 1 (bife filet) was huge and had all the flavors I love. This place is dangerously close to work so I have to limit how often I go or find some of their "healthy" options.I highly recommend Hamburgao
Atendimento uma bosta!!!! Horrível! 1 kg de maionese no lanche. AWFUL SERVICE! After years coming here service got worse. They don’t come to the table to take the plates or to ask if you want something else. Povo devagar! Péssimos!
Very thin sliver of chicken. Barely any meat on my sandwich. Somewhat greasy. Sandwich was not worth $12. Note, price online and in the reviews are not what they are. They're double - sandwiches are around $11-$15. Orange juice is $5.Watch out for your bill! They automatically added their own tip on top of the tip that you add on the tip line item without telling you even though I paid at the counter and threw away my own garbage.
the food is very good there. The bad thing is that you have to wait up to more than 30 minutes for your order, even when the place is empty. It is good that everything is fresh, but they should at least provide water to beat the long wait. Oh God
I Ordered take out. 2 burgers and fries. They forgot and the order took 40 mins as opposed to 10mins. Secondly and even worse both burgers had a ton of mayo on them. Like gushing out the sides of every bite. After 3 bites I threw it away. My girls burger was soaked in mayo as well. She likes mayo and it was way to much for her as well.
One of my favorite Halal spots. Delicious combo dishes. I recommend the lamb and chicken platter. You'll thank me later. ???
The burgers and fries were great!! My Guiness was flat so the waiter gladly replaced it with another beer. Awesome service, I'll definitely be back!!
The cashier , the lady who is working right now she sucks whit the Custumer service , she not even pay attention to the customer looks like she don’t care about the business or people , she shouldn’t been working at the place , make the place look bad whit her bad attitude and bad customer service!!! SadCause there’s really nice people there !!! And good food !!!
Walked in at 10:30pm when they close at 12pm. They did not want to sit us to dine in. Waitress was rude and began speaking in Portuguese with her coworkers about us. Little did she know I understood everything she was saying. Very disappointed in the service.
