OMG a GoGo Curry in NJ and near hubby's job!I was sad that the pandemic have me WFH because I miss my coworkers and eating at some favorite places in NYC. GoGo Curry was one of those place. We found it because we were driving around looking for street parking while going to another restaurant lolPork Katsu is my favorite! Crispy and tender. Not enough Curry but that might be because it was absorbed by the rice. Will have to go in to sit down to eat it fresh vs 30min later take out LOLHubby got Fish which is new to me. Don't recall if it was a option in NYC location. It's actually good. Fried fish is always iffy for me as I've had some horrible fried fish so am always weary...See you soon GoGo Curry!
Chose this place last minute on the way home from a road trip. No regrets! The staff was super nice and the food was superb! It was very welcoming, will definitely come back next time I pass by! Thanks ☺️
$15 for a baby sample sized portion.The food taste good and the service was good how ever for $15 they are very stingy. The meat is enough but they on only give you a tiny bit of rice and cabbage. I felt like I ate 5 spoons of rice and 3 spoons of cabbage, that's enough to feed a 5 year old. That was my dinner and I was still hungry after so I ate something after. Their pork meat taste really good, that might be all that I go there for, I could make my own rice, egg, and cabbage.

I ordered the home run with my girlfriend for lunch. It was pretty good but there were a few reasons why I couldn't rate this higher. First of all, though the presentation was good, I felt that The amount of curry was just not enough. Also, most of the curry just was absorbed by the rice which took away from the Curry experience for me. I think that if the curry was on the side it would just be a better idea. The pork and the shrimp and the sausage were very good but nothing was really mind-blowingly tasty. It tasted exactly how I expected it to taste, by that I mean it didn't go beyond my expectations. So I am satisfied but I'm not blown away. not sure I would order again.
I was passing through New Jersey and came across this cute curry place. I got the Home Run Curry and I only have good things to say about it. The katsu was nice and crispy. The curry was very flavourful. I would definitely recommend people to give this place a try!
I personally prefer meat than seafood but their special black ink paella was yummy too. I have recommended to my friends and will revisit!

Love the Japanese Curry from this place! We ordered the World Champion and it fed four of us! Good portions! Cutlets were crispy and the sausages were juicy and had a crunch when you bite into them. Make sure you order the sides cause they go well with the meal.
It was our first time to eat at Gogo Curry at Newark and I was impressed! First, the restaurant was spotless, decor was nice , music was good. We were able to get parking in front of restaurant. Next, service was great ? They were friendly and patient with me since I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Also the order was very quick. Most importantly, the food was delicious! I ordered the Home Run Curry. It’s a good sampling of sausage, chicken, and shrimp. I liked them all but my favorite was the sausage. Overall, great food , great experience and highly recommend. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area!
