I was not given what I paid for...No refund....No make up....No. Care that I didn't get what I paid for.Shame? This is so wrong...BUT HEY THAT'S THE WAY BUSINESSES ARE DOING THE BEST PAYING CUSTOMERS THESE DAYS!!!…Received a Reply from the manager we will see just what will become of this issue…..# NO MEAT IN MY STROMBOLI …..Just Cheese and Bread…Shameful.
Pretty cheap and good pizza , ? ? they are pretty fast if they aren't crowded. Nice staff and alot of parking space . You can dine in also .
Good pizza. I only have an issue with their buffalo wings. Their buffalo wings are perfectly cooked. The problem? They ruin their wings with too much seasoning. If they cut down on the salt, garlic powder, or whatever type of seasoning they put on their wings by 25-50 percent their wings would be perfect. If they'd did that then, in my opinion, they'd have the best wings among the restaurants I order wings from. Another issue is that when they send you wings with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing, for some reason, they put the side dressing container literally on top of the wings. It makes you have to pull the containers out of the batch of wings and wipe the sauce off the little containers. Plus the idea that someone just touched that container and stuck it in your wings is very inconsiderate and would probably make people reluctant to buy food there. Fix those issues and I'd order from there again.
I ordered pizza for take out and as I waited and started to look around there were mouse droppings all over the place. In every corner of the floor, window seal and countertops right next a basket where exposed napkins for people to grab. I was totally turned off. They need to be shut down and embarrassed. They had a full house and was having a full convo when the place didn’t look wiped down swept or mopped for months. Pretty sure they had an infestation.
First time ordering from Gencarelli’s. Probably will be my last. I ordered the Stuffed Shells & 8pc Buffalo Wings. The pasta sauce for the Stuffed Shells was not tantalizing at all. The Shells themself were not good at all neither. The Buffalo Wings were extremely salty and inedible. First time in my adult life I didn’t finish Buffalo Wings. I paid $32 for the combo, and it was not worth it in any way, shape, or form. The total should have been $12, maybe. Hopefully they’re better known for their Pizza, rather than their dinners, but I would def not be trying this place again. Only reason I give it 2 stars is because I was expecting it to arrive in “1.5 Hours”, but it came in 30 Min. Def could not give it a recommendation to anyone. My first experience was not a good one at all.
Recently gave this pizzeria a try, five stars across-the-board!! Had me back 2x in one week , great deals & quality ingredients & taste !I am a big pizza fan and after having to change from my local pizzeria due to customer service lacking , I’mSo glad I’ve found this local shop !
The point serves up some Delicious pizza but those wings will cause someone to have hypertension and it won’t be me. I had to throw them out because the wings were simply too darn salty.
Love the pizza from this place. But it’s the second time I pay for extra pepperoni and they forget to do put it!
Pizza taste so good, cheesy and crispy. Definitely finger licking good. Great prices also. They sell other Italian items and sandwiches as well. You can buy a cheese slice for $1.50.
The chicken Masala, eggplant parmesan, calamari OMG!!!! TOO GOOD!!! This is my go to because I know I will enjoy it
