Had to wait 30 minutes for a A table bad customer service
On June 4, 2022, my wife and I were waiting on a line to get into the restaurant. We were directed by a staff member to go on another line to order. We waited their, ordered our food, and were then directed to a counter for pick up. When the food arrived we wanted to sit down and eat. A staff member would not let us into the dining room, despite the fact that nearly half the tables were empty. We, and another gentleman, asked to speak to the manager. The manager explained that they were understaffed, and despite their being plenty of seating available. would not rectify the situation. We spent $37 for two mediocre sandwiches and were not allowed to sit and eat them. Stupid and poor customer service.
Worst food and service that I have ever had in an airport. I asked the host if I had enough time, he said yes. I the. Waited close to 10 minutes for the waiter to even come talk to me. I asked the waiter if I had enough time to order the steak. He said yes. I got my “bottomless” drink and waited. He then came back to confirm my order. I should have left then. He never came back to the table and my drink was empty the whole time. I had to ask another waitress to check on my order. She never did. My plane started boarding so I had to go ask if they could make it to go and if it was ready. They said yes. So I paid and then had to eat almost 10 minutes. I started to my gate, opened the food and the order was wrong. I ended up just eating the tiny poor quality $40 steak by had and threw away the sides as everyone else had already boarded the plane.
Bought 4 pastries, $20. All dry and stale and tasteless. Cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant, almond croissant, plain croissant. What a rip off. Terminal C, near United gates 109-115.
You never know what you're gonna get here honestly. Some of the waitstaff is kind, considerate, and doing their best in a crowded diner. Others are a letdown. The food is great diner food especially for an airport, even if it takes awhile for the food to reach you. Don't come here if you're in a hurry, but do swing by for some classic diner food if you have the time.
Didn’t have chicken—that’s like half their current menu and no one said anything until they were ready to take our order.Food is incredibly expensive, even for airport food.Ordered a Cappuccino for $6 and tasted like day old coffee and half foam. In fact, I’m not sure it wasn’t coffee with foam.Told the food would be another 5 minutes, took 15. Almost missed my flight. No apologies, nothing.
Cappuccino was made with a 'teabag' style coffee pod (in the actual real espresso sump) instead of proper coffee beans. Essentially there was no caffeine in the cappuccino (milky white) and milk was dangerously hot. Server was rude and unapologetic (thats all we have...)
Absolutely the worse service. After giving the waitress the order three times she still got it wrong. I was extremely frustrated and asked to speak to the manager. While I noticed the manager was sitting at a table on his phone drinking a shake he casually came over I shared my frustration and he made no apology an asked another waitress take the order. Now I see why the service is absolutely bad . Leadership is clearly horrible and is a reflection of the rest.
We had a long layover and found this diner. The prices were right so we went in. It was great to find a diner that offers breakfast. Jennifer was our waitress. She was attentive even though you could tell she was quite busy. Jennifer was friendly, polite, had a great sense of humor, and an all around great waitress! So glad we found this diner and Jennifer. ??
Jennifer is a fantastic waitress. Food and prices were very good-especially for a airport
