If I could rate no stars I would! Don’t get me wrong the food is great but their customer service sucks!!!!!! If you are Black African American don’t even walk in there. They wouldn’t even notice you. I went in there today for the second time and it was the same feeling. She didn’t even want to take my order but wanted to take a guy that was Spanish order before mine and he was the one that gestured for her to take my order first. (It’s only right) I’m a customer just like everyone else and shouldn’t be treated no differently. Treat people with respect no matter what they race are! It’s very frustrating and upsetting. These businesses open up in our neighborhoods but want to only cater and take care of their kind. It’s wrong and if your a customer service business, treat EVERYONE with respect.!!!!!!
The food is gross, Pink beans smells spoiled and fried chicken with a piece of hair attached. Will NOT RECOMMEND
Horrible customer service. The attendants see you there waiting meanwhile they are just talking and talking between them. The lady was taking my order (with the weird eyeliner) was so rude. I asked her about what i wanted in my plate and she respond with so rudeness attitute, Girl, customer have to ask what the want that is why we are paying. The worst customer service ever. If i could give zero is what they deserve. Give a good customer service training that's part of a business.
Good people skills, good customer service, hot and delicious food, decent prices, and well kept.

Honestly service sucks !! Really slow ! Food is horrible . The white rice that I received tasted completely burnt! On eggs , there was still shell parts on it smfh ! Overall my whole order was horrible waste of money ! Second guess if u would like to buy from here
Delicious foods like abuela used to make! Love their rice with pretty much anything. Not for the health-food minded though.
The people taking the orders always forget to send some items. But they don't forget to charge for them. When you call they say that you will get them on the next order. BUT NOBODY IS RESPONSIBLE, YOU NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THEY NEVER GIVE YOU THE FOOD YOU PAY FOR BECAUSE "SOMEBODY ELSE TOOK THE ORDER"I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Don’t waste your time. They hang out on the phone acting like they are busy. Food is old and low quality. Waited 10 minutes to order. With no one in the Resturant.
Omg food was so delicious here and nice portions and meat was really tender. Idk what they do to the food but keep up the good work. Will definitely visit again
