They gave me bacon instead of the chicken sausage I ordered. When I went back to have them correct the order, I saw how unsanitary the workers are. I stood there and watched one of the employees wear gloves that she touched everything in the restaurant with, then turned around with those same gloves and picked the potatoes up out of the cooker and placed them into another bowl. She then placed on plates to be served. She also picked my chicken sausage up off the grill with those nasty gloves. On top of that, the customer service was Horrible!!!! This same lady assisting the cook, placing the orders in the pickup area was very rude with a nonchalant attitude. I just told her I didn’t want the chicken sausage anymore, after she touched them with those nasty gloves. I just threw the whole plate away. SMH. Whoever the restaurant owner is really needs to check on their establishment and get some improvement going on.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced at an airport take out restaurant. On May 2nd 2022, I waited 45 minutes for my order and finally had to leave to catch my plane as they were just getting to putting my sandwich together and not close to being done. So I paid for it and did not get the food. I had gotten a text message telling me my order was ready about 30 minutes in and when I asked about it they told me the texts don't matter. Many people were in this situation. I called to provide feedback and they hung up on me.
Horrible customer service, mass confusion, employees had an attitude. It’s all self service for ordering, but if there’s a problem, such as the printer didn’t print, hard to find someone to help. The process isn’t at all clear. Ordered with no cheese because I have a dairy allergy, there was cheese on it. Person behind the counter was demanding a receipt, when I showed her what printed out she rudely said “that’s not a receipt” so I tried to explain what happened and showed her what I had on my phone, and she flicked the container my way without saying another word. Will never come here again. And since my food was mostly inedible, I’m going to ask for a charge back from my credit card.
Most disorganized restaurant ever. Will take a long time to get food and very expensive.
Nice egg and potatoes
I really didn't like the service and ordering system. You get to order yourself on a tablet which is fine, but you have to go to a separate kiosk to pay. After that, I waited 20-25 minutes just for some quick sandwiches. The Philly Cheesesteak was pretty good, but a little greasy. Would not recommend if you're about to board and short on time.
For an airport food service when orders take more than 40 mins you're likely to miss your flight or your food.
Unless you want the worst service you have ever experienced- DO NOT GO HERE! I've never seen a group of people move so slow. Almost unbelievable. Bad management and slow staff. Skip or plan on 25 to 30 minutes. Saturday 11/20/2021 at 10:45 am.
