Terrible service. These workers need more training because they do not know how to make a basic iced coffee. Instead of coffee I got milk and when asked to add more coffee they complain and mimic the customer. My sandwiches were also made wrong and they were the basic sandwiches too. Never coming back!

I purchased the avocado tomato toast because it was 4x the point on the app when u order ahead. I took a picture to post with this review but I don't see a way to attach it. No wonder it's 4x the points, it look like throwup.. I will try another location to see if it's different but this is the WORST! The only reason I gave 2 stats is because it was ready when I got there but the presentation left doubts about the quality. WASTE OF MONEY!!! WILL NOT EAT LEAT ALONE ORDWR THAT FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
If you overlook the panhandling within the store, the lack of seating and the underpaid staff at this location, this store would still demand to be rated negative stars for being a willing participant in a racketeering scam. They are paying a "security officer" to sit in their lot and place $200 boots on vehicles if you so much as lean your head outside the fence surrounding it. They even have an ATM inside only to cater to this "convenience". The signage indicating this "law" is small and awkwardly placed around the property with plenty of blind spots as to meet the bare minimum requirement. This is the first restaurant I have seen that would only be improved by simply letting the building housing it fall to ruin. To the franchisee reading this account of a doomed doughnut stop, know that your efforts to maintain a modicum of food service are in vain and your location is nothing but a glorified parking lot existing only to further drive the surrounding communities further into poverty.

There was about four or five employees and only two customers inside the store. I still had to wait over 10 minutes for an iced coffee. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and this woman turns into the hood Vanna White. "Is this what you mean?" Yes, the vanilla frosted donut that's labeled vanilla frosted donut. Why yess, thanks Vanna! ?
That place need a new manager. Long wait, wrong orders. Very busy and nobody was happy.
Had to ask for extra caramel and whipped cream, and the light skinned young lady that was there today was pretty polite n showed great customer service, compared to the other young lady who seem to be rude most of the time I visit this Dunkin donuts.
I love how they treat customers at this Dunkin donut on Bergen st. The staff is very professional especially the manager. Thanks for the great job!!??
I can go to any Dunkin in NYC and order the same thing and they always get it right. In Newark it's always a problem. The one on Springfield forget about and this one on Bergen we don't steam cream here. We don't do that or this really. I can go on and on. I'm paying for it
