I had asked for a cup of ice nothing else and the say “$2.27”
I rarely give one star reviews, so yeah unfortunately that mean’s that when I do it’s for good reason. Long story short, no one answered at the drive thru and After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes behind just THREE cars in over 90 degree weather, I just ended up leaving and the line seemed to stay the same even after i had pulled off. Ive heard nothing but bad stuff about this place and the rest of the reviews prove my point even further. Don’t recommend.

I cannot stand this Dunkin’ Donuts! And I am an avid Dunkin’ Donuts goer.I will drive 10 min further just to get quality service! When you pull up they don’t even greet you.they say “Dunkin” with an attitude! I gave in and went here the other day and tried to order the salted caramel iced latte and they stopped me before I could even finish saying salted caramel and said “that’s been discontinued “…huh? Every other Dunkin I go to has it!! It’s new on the spring menu for crying out loud it’s march! Did the same with the winter blend coffee.said it was discontinued while every other Dunkin I went to had it.I don’t get it.they used to have a baskin robbins inside also and they never wanted to make anything other than regular cones! No milk shakes ,or specialty items.I know it’s newark but come on guys! We can’t do any better than this? I would gladly drive to the suburbs right now with gas being $4.30 just to get some decent service! It really does matter.0.0000 stars for this one??♀️ Terrible.to sum it up rude staff,long lines,and employees don’t want to make certain things
I purchased a Box of Joe and a dozen donuts. I specifically asked the worker for extra cream and sugar. When I arrived at work and looked in my bag, I was only given Splenda, Sweet n Low, and NO CREAM. I will not be going there again and I will not be recommending this place to any friends.
Polite staff, quick service. Everything was prepared just how I asked.
Drive thru I use go here alot when Danielle was there. She was very nice greeting and taking your order. I stop going because of the rudeness, long lines and when you order no cheese they still put it on there. I am allergic. I had to trash it. Wasting my money. Some staff need to be trained. I will go all the to Linden.
The worst Dunkin Donuts, most of the time the staff is rude! Like if you hate your job that much then QUIT. My suggestion would be to go the one located on Central Ave.
Cashier was rude and walked off in the middle of my transaction another kind cashier had to come and finish the coffee was great but the service is questionable
