Drive thru. They made the hot latte iced and gave us two completely incorrect donuts. Ordered glazed blueberry and chocolate glazed. Received two strawberry frosted. Has them correct the latte but didn't notice the donuts until pulling away.Unsure how they managed to get the entire order wrong.
Honestly the staff was super nice the location was clutch parking wasn’t bad the food was same as any the only thing that held it back was the frozen coffee collada had a stale taste like the coffee was burnt I’m not saying it wasn’t fresh it was just a different taste than I was used to maybe a little stronger than I’m used to which is fine for some I just couldn’t finish it because it tasted like pure black coffee almost bitterI’ll be back in a few weeks to try again maybe it’s just a bad batch everyone there was so nice it’s what earned them the 4th star 5 stars would have been everything and a good cup of coffee lol

So surprised to not see a line, I almost missed the driveway. Fresh, clean, quick and my order was right. And nothing like pleasant customer service on a busy morning!
Food is good and coffee very nice employees. Can eat in for now.will be back soon.
The people here are really nice and the longer hours are awesome, but every time I have gone I feel like espresso drinks taste weird. I haven't had this problem at any other Dunkin I've been to, but I had an iced americano here that was so sour I had to ask them to remake it (it was a little better but still sour). If you get a cappuccino or flavored syrups you can't taste it as much but if you regularly go to other Dunkins you can tell something is wrong. I'm worried maybe the machine isn't cleaned or something.
It is one of the best coffee store near NJIT. It opens til late night. There is an ATM machine inside the store. Services are amazing. I highly recommend this place for coffee.
Can not have dairy so I order my drinks with almond milk....I was given milk and now my stomach is reacting violently...please for the love of God listen to the customer order!!!!!!

Strawberry coconut refresher. The avocado toast w Bacon had gotten soooo expensive at this spot $4.99 w tax. This spot barely have any Donuts In Stock... Not good for Business.
