Bad customer service, lady at the register just gave me attitude just because i asked her for my employee discount. ?
The lady substituted my order and didn't ask me if if I wanted the substitute because she couldn't figure out how to put my ice matcha latte in the system. Then when I wanted to return the wrongly given drink, she said give me two dollars. She's very unprofessional and I will be emailing corporate.
Order wrong two times in a row, paid for it each time. Impossibly simple order, just Don’t addd sugar. Amazing how low the bar is, and they manage to squeeze under it.
Fast courteous service. I go to this one because it's kosher and I'm very appreciative of the efforts they make that enable us to enjoy the Dunkin products.
The people that work here are not suited to work in fast pace environment. There should absolutely be no reason that with five people working it should take 15-20 minutes for a regular coffee and this is every single time. Most of the customers are employees that are running on a time schedule either on a short break or just trying to get something to eat and that doesn’t concern the employees at all. To the owner of this franchise, if you’re going to run a Dunkin’…. Actually run a real Dunkin’ with some type of customer service and consistency.

How could a simple egg and cheese on an English muffin go wrong? It tasted like chemicals. Not sure if it was the cheese or the English muffin. Ate half of it anyway because I was exhausted and hungry.
