3:30pm on 3/13 RUDE RUDE RUDE! Guy behind counter needs customer service training. Even if he is having a bad day, there is no reason to be that rude. This location advertises product it does not have and was half out of donuts too. The coffee shop down the terminal got my business

Always long lines, ?.Cashier overwhelmed with coffee preparation and cashier duties.
They close the line at 7:15 when there is not that many people in line. When I talked to the employee, she just says no we're closed no we're closed. Change your time to 7 closing or change something because that's unacceptable.
They open when they feel like, posted hours dont matter to them.
They never have coins and the manager is very rude if u ask for your change back he tells the cashier to cancel your order and give u your money back in a loud and rude voice.

Coffee is getting way watered down. But I think that maybe the taste of this particular franchise owner as in their country they drink mostly tea. At least that is my experience when visiting India.
