The worst!!!! The workers needed to be sent home, it was 11am on mothers day, running late for church , so stopped for coffee and sandwich. Agent was nasty, rushed to pass my prder to me. Going off to another coworker about a customer yelling Hello to order window...when order was received, I pulled off and my husband opened bag to see receipt showed his exact order: sourdough bread sausage and cheese, cut in half. Opens box: a whole uncut, grilled cheese. We u turn back and he walks in to tell them it's wrong. The one who made the order was snappy cause she was told it was wrong. The one who passed food to me yells WHAT THEY DO MOTHERS BREAKFAST IN CHURCH NOMORE??? How rude!!!! My husband was furious he said is this DD ON THE GO.......?? Then some guy apologized got it right and gave to my husband. Won't be back here
I guess in modern times anybody and everything goes in a customer service based business. I love coffee, and this Dunkin happens to be the closest and it is by far the worst I usually visit. Lack of staffing, no proper customer etiquette most of the time besides the one or two familiar faces. I just ordered a coffee on Mobile order at 6:51 for a location that is set to close at 8 pm. They closed a whole hour early, with my paid for coffee. The employees watched me knocked on the door and stared and laughed like it was a spectacle. I simply put up with this location for its convenience but as a customer service professional myself this unacceptable. I could go on and on about my experiences at this Dunkin.. but I’ll hold on to the rest. Clean house and get that store in shape.
I'm here a lot even though they can sometimes jack your drink up. Best to sip before pulling away.
I’ve been ordering at this location for a year on a daily with only a few minor issues. On 2/25 my experience was horrible! My entire order was incorrect! No problem, I will wait for it to be fixed.The amount of disrespect I endured while the manager figured it out was beyond ignorant. “He don’t care” “we don’t have time” “we don’t have knives to add butter to the bagel” “We don’t have time to toast your bagel”They gave me the wrong cold drink.The two hot drinks didn’t have the correct ingredients.The drive thru cashier Crystal apologized for his behavior several times.I didn’t scream or yell I kindly came inside and received a refund.I won’t come back here ever again.The manager was also rude on Wednesday 2/23 after the drive thru attendant had my order wrong and wanted to correct it at the window. He told her “don’t let customers add items at the window” I didn’t she forgot my item..
I ordered this off Uber eats & I guess that says it all… I only ordered 3 bagels. 1 BEC with xtra bacon & 2 SEC…. I didn’t receive the extra bacon, in fact I think they took a piece off smh
Workers try their best. It’s a perfect storm of bad management understaffing them and some customers treating them poorly. Wait times vary depending upon time of day and how busy they are and how well staffed they are.Sometimes the main register to order is closed and so you have to go down to pickup to place the order. They do accept and acknowledge mobile orders and so that’s a good thing.I’ll still stop in because they’re nearby and donuts/beverages are consistent.
If I could leave 0 stars I would, not only was all my food wrong (which would have killed me if i ate it not exaggerating) my drinks we're all wrong, and I don't have time to to go back and wait another 20 minutes for them to get it wrong again. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. And has been happening in a lot of other dunkins I've been to. If this is how they train their workers I'm better off making my own coffee and food at home or go to Starbucks which I despise.
Didn't have none of the 4 items I ordered but was able to compensate me for my order. Very nice individual helped me.
Staff wants to get you in and out as quick as possible, while not listening to your order.
Good old Dunkin Donuts. Workers are courteous and work quickly.
