They have a lot of young employees that doesn't know the English they serve the order backward and when you explained to then they give attitude to the clients. I understand people need the opportunity to grow but these people don't look like they trying to learn. A shame I'm not going to be able to cross the street for my coffee and I have to jump in a car to get it in another location.
I always always make my own coffee at home but I ran out of my favorite coffee on this particular day so I decided to try DD after at 20 year hiatus. I order a medium coffee with 2 sugars and almond milk. I hand the cashier $3.00 thinking it would be more then enough. The cashier takes the $3.00 and while I waiting for change proceeds to say the total is something like $3.32 . She had to see the look on my face and responded by saying "we charge more for almond milk" and I'm thinking well ---how much more? Never again --- I should have went with my better judgement and I promise I'll never run out of coffee again from this day forward. Coffee at your own risk $$$$.

Horrible coffee here and attitudes because the worker doesn’t understand English, I know several languages and she didn’t want to recite in either of what she knew.
Check your order when buying from this Dunkin Donuts! They are in such a hurry tonight, that they charged me for items they did not give me! They never "thank customers" and they never have the donuts you want! Does not matter because their donuts are not that fresh anyway! Do not buy from this Dunkin Donut! They do not care about customers and in their minds, think they are doing you a favor!
The absolute WORST!!! The staff doesn’t acknowledge you NOR do they know how to interact with the customers!!! If someone asks how long will the wait be….the least they can do is give an approximate time for the preparation. SUPER RUDE!!!!
Friendly customer service, and fresh hot food and coffee, that's all I need for the morning.
The service was poor. Took over twenty minutes to puck up two orders.
They have such rude new morning staff & literally laid off all the staff that actually treat you like a human. I'm new too NJ however I drive to a whole other DD for respect to spend my money.I attempted to go there again SMH Don't even bother, I got sick from the wrap that tasted like God knows what I'm totally disgusting at this point. I actually feel bad for the new staff training.
