I only get good service on certain days & times. There is 1 professional lady that works there.& on certain days in the evening between 7:30pm-8ish pm, there is a male that rudely tells you to come back later. One day I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes, before he acknowledged me. Once I drove around, I saw him sitting down, looking on his phone. So be prepared to go to another Dunkin Donuts for better service.
Terrible service! Waited forever in drive thru line and was given the wrong order. I repeated the order at the window and still they got it wrong! Realized it 20 min later, and had to return to get correct order. Waited forever again. Get rid of those 2 lazy employees you have there on Sundays. They are messing up your business big time.
Super slow, only one person working waiting over 25 mins....smh. Not coming here ever again...
This Dunkin Donuts is rarely open for walk-ins. It’s the only Dunkin’ Donuts in a residential area in NEWARK that opens late and hardly favors any service to customers on foot. If they’re scared of the residents here then just close the store and find another location.
Very great service. Young lady named Ashley was so kind and helpful. Im very picky and told her how I wanted my order and she did it with no problem. Other Dunkin’ Donuts give me attitudes. Thank you Ashley
This is the best Dunkin in town. They have great customer service and best coffee. I love getting my iced coffees with oat-milk from there, caramel macchiato, donuts and let's not forget about the twisted cheese bread. Products taste fresh and like someone made it with love.
They need ppl that wanna work, take pride in their job. Some do, some don't. As for the front they keep the front door locked, have u seen the crowd that hangout around the store. Yes they might seem ratchet but if u be nice, I promise u will receive the say in return.
I love the service provider but the quality of donuts and coffee is horrible. I only go back because of the service providers energy and attitude
I knocked on the door since it says it's open, yet they looked at me as if I were crazy, how sad, never will visit
Employees arguing through the mic, employees aggravated at customer ordering. I waited because i didn't want to continue driving but never got attended.
