You have a 50/50 chance of getting your pizza when you order via app. What a joke! Then they don't answer the phone!
Every time we order I never get my drink and I still get charged for it. And wen I call them back asking about my drink they never pick up the phone ... I spoke to a jennifer girl there after calling the store for like 40min till they finally pick up the phone ? I would just like to get my drink I pay for please ....
I hate that I keep buying from Dominos, but the kids like the pizza I don't mind it. The problem is not the food it is the fees and everything they charge that does not even match. My order was $23.47 + $4.49 for delivery fee but my total came out to $29.81 that's $1.85 difference that magically appeared then when I add a 18% tip the total also did not match, anyways I'm not one to complain on a google review lol but this happens all the time and to everyone I know just most people don't notice, crazy sneaky way for Dominos to make an extra buck or two...
DO NOT ORDER!I ask for a medium pie with ground beef and extra cheese well done .. they brought me an uncooked pie of pizza with extra extra extra cheese, taste so bad made me want to throw up. The lady told me that they would bring it back in 1hr-1/2hr but lied and kept hanging up on me repeatedly they are so rude and unprofessional. It took for my husband to go there just for them to make up some sob story but I’ll never order from them ever again
It's an ok place but word of warning always check ur food before u leave this place I went there yesterday and I asked for a chicken buffalo pizza and plain cheese they gave me 2 cheese pizzas I called 2 times they were not answering until my friend called for me they had him wait to even tho they had answered the call and I ended up asking for a refund for the pizza they got wrong let's see if they will give me back that money
Always order online from this Domino's, I get good delivery, my pizza, wings, pasta or sandwich are usually good, once in a blue moon I get somebody else order, but I call immediately and things get resolve. Don't really have any major complain, I'm enjoying my thin pizza as we speak. Love Domino's PIzza
Horrible service. My deliver person called me said delivery. I go outside 25 minutes later still not here. Not only that I called the dominos I ordered from I find out the delivery person doesn't speak English he just got in from Brazil. Not his fault at all guy even apologized but the staff at dominos I spoke with apparently he said his name was Daniel which I believe was a lie. I asked him I got hung up on while I wanted to speak to the manager. However Daniel was handed the phone and than he said manager is not in he will be here Thursday than he misbehaved by saying dude cancel the order if you want what you want me to do we are busy. Best point I still didn't have the food. Than he said guy is outside your house he said nobody outside 35 minutes have passed since I have been going through this. He expected me to stand outside the whole time waiting. Than he said do whatever and hung up. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC AND RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF ATTITUDE. BUISNESS OWNER SHOULD PUT MORE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE
I came to the store instead of calling and made an order for the the guy to repeat it to know it’s right. Waited 20 minutes and got plain pizza instead of my order, I live far and I go to this domino’s instead the one by my house since it always comes late and taste weird. Plus it’s not really busy either I’m just annoyed
it’s says my food was delivered and i am located at the hotel and that mean they did not confirm if it was the person order or not. I’m highly disappointed because i paid damn near 50 dollars just for my order to be given to the wrong person then i kept calling for 20 mins and they were not closed this happened before closing and the worst thing about it is i have no car.
