This location was clean and the process was easy, and I was in and out. I was greeted with a warm smile and they had the rosted veggies just like I like it. And my salad was made to perfection. I enjoyed the over all experience of this Chipotle location and will be back and I recommend it ‼️
It's a shame that I have to give a 3-star rating. The food was good but the service wasn't and the sad part is that it wasn't everyone who worked there. It was only because of one young woman. She had a nasty attitude and she handled my food as if it wasn't something that I was going to eat (practically throwing my burrito into the bag).
Horrible online service they took one of our orders and made all the orders the same instead of following what we I picked on the app and if we did it order it through the app because we are in Newark we would have got to parking ticket which will cost us 5 times more than what the food cost us and the food was not ready on time 10 minutes late for no reason because there was no one in the store when we arrived they had no food ready to serve for anyone they should be ashamed should be fired and hired people that want to actually work and keep up with business. ???
Had an experience that's going to stick with me for sometime. Ordered here and when I took a bite into my burrito I found a LIVE BEETLE inside my food. It was crawling around and everything. Felt sick the rest of the day too.I also went on the app to request to be contacted privately by a representative to discuss my experience, but it's been almost a month now with no response.
They need to pay attention! Today I picked up my lunch and got all the way back to my office and realized that they put a bunch of things on my burrito that I did not ask for!!

I order a salad; my plate gets fixed; I pay and then realized there was no vinaigrette in my bag for my salad. Return to the cashier asking for vinaigrette and she replies, they have no more. How don’t you have vinaigrette. That should have been said from the jump when I said I wanted a salad. Don’t wait til I leave, come right back and say that. It defeats the purpose of ordering a salad with the vinaigrette. Bad customer service

It's not a bad Chipotle grill the staff seems a little preoccupied with each from time to time but they get your order out eventually. Price wise it's your paying to much for such small portions. The burrito I ordered has gotten smaller and smaller it's not even worth going anymore
Food was ok, but very light on the portions. I've been to many other Chipotles where the portions were up to par, they served like we were stealing from them and many eatires throw alot of food away at closing stop the waste
