Didn't give me my chilli cheese fries but everything was good
I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon. The only thing good was the bacon. The fries were refried so they were extra hard. Maybe it was too late I did just get off work 3am. I should of went to white castles.

Like other fast food restaurants, Checkers has been no different as far as not giving you the dipping sauce for your chicken fingers. I don't know why that is always forgotten at every fast food restaurant but I wish just like ordering Burgers and Fries when they ask you what your dipping sauce is for your chicken fingers it should be in the bag. I should not have to be annoyed when I go home and don't have the dipping sauce. Last thing lower your prices your food is not that great for the price that you're charging me.
Great food...moody service. Drive thru lady had no sense of customer service. She sound as if she rather be home. Maybe she didn't have a great night shift or that's just her mood always. Not a thank you of any sort came from her mouth. Even upon ordering she was unpleasant. Need to do better. Go to Chick-fil-A they greet you wayyyy better
I love the strawberry twist cone it was so delicious. They have an excellent spicy chicken sandwich too. Greasy, but good once in a blue moon. Drive through was fast and excellent customer service.
I ordered a champ buger with cheese lettuce, tomato & mayo and the fries..the burger was overcooked and dry, I couldn't eat it.. the fries were hot and very good .I felt as the servers did not care about the food served.. So disappointed..Money wasted..the burger is in the trash bin.I want my hard earned mony back!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM CHECKERS. JUST LOST ONE.
This place is so bad and the customer service horrible even the manager and doesn’t even let us speak in the speaker and then they have the audacity to say honey u Had to order that on the speaker with a hole alot of attitude I work at Mcdonal and I’m better at customer service that them that’s so disrespectful tbh don’t care if is New York but they better get new employees, managers and change that attitude cause that was so unprofessional.
Crazy black guy at the drive thru for online pickup and mobile order... You need to have someone on the passenger seat to grab your order .... Or get out of the car and come to reach this "Big Boss" of employee who is getting pay because of your money. He is so arrogant when it comes to drivers. He can't even bend/ lean to give you the food. "Your are the one who is supposed to reach him at the windows. "If you don't want you can't leave " After the order was paid.. Get some humility bro!!
I had to come on here and show checkers some love. I literally arrived home to write this survey. Amazing service. I didn’t get her name but she was amazing. Very fast and patient and very nice. I also seen her drop a utensil they use and she immediately picked it up and requested someone to clean it.just for me to visibly see that made my day. I’m sure if it was some nasty restaurant they probably would’ve kept using it instead of sanitizing it. Thank you for being great and showing pride in your work.
