Horrible experience, 2 girls, 1 guy and no customer around, Not greeted. Literally waited about 3 min and it’s as if I’m not there please get these kids a manager. 7:30pm

This carvel has the nastiest workers ever. They are so rude and have the most attitude over the simplest questions. One time I went in the summer with my kids and this teenage girl( dont know her name but she was blonde and had a tiger tattoo) was so rude when I was ordering she tried talking to me as if I was slow???Not only are they rude, they are very unsanitary and you dont want to know how the owner decorates the cakes? Their health inspector needs to INSPECT.
Ordered 2 very simple sundaes for delivery. Opened it up with the toppings on both completely mixed up. One was a peanut butter sundae and instead of peanut butter sauce was drenched with caramel sauce and missing the 2 other ingredients to make the Sundae. Basically paid for vanilla ice cream drenched in caramel. Horrible. There’s a better location down the road do yourself a favor and visit that one.
I can say this place does it for me. The place has an awesome atmosphere.
This location is one of my favorites. Will surely make a return trip. This place has a cool design.

Good service at this Carvel. Have been here multiple times during the COVID pandemic and the service is always good. The employees always get the order right and are really nice, I hope they continue to do good work.
