I love Google reviews for helping me find gems like this place. Delicious breakfast and lattes. The sausage egg sandwich should really be called the sausage hamburger with egg! It is huge. The huevos rancheros was huge and tasty. More beans and less cheese would be good but was delicious. The pancakes were the best I have had in a while. Super fluffy. We are stuffed. Great job, keep it up.
This is our 3rd order and each one is better than the previous one. The portions are generous and sooo good; we'll keep coming back.

Was looking for a place for good Eats while in town on vacation and was suggested Blue Print Cafe. Extremely elated I came as it lived up to my expectations. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was very tasty and messy just the way I like it. The Mrs had an omelet filed with sausage, fire roasted veggies and melty goodness. Took a few pastries back to the room to enjoy and they were definitely good to the last crumb. The entire time I'm grubbing on the sweets it didn't even hit me that I was eating vegan pastries Mmmmmmm ? Great Outdoor Seating!
Our first order from Blue Print. Where has this been?! This was the best burger I've had to date. The fries were great, we'll be ordering again.
FOODGASM! Ttruly the best French toast I have ever had in my life. The largest slices that are pillow fluffy yet still heavy enough consistency with the best flavor and beautiful topping of berries and cream. I would rather have that then birthday cake on my special day ever again. I had to get delivery because I was working but next time I would like to go to the place. the reviews seem wonderful.
Great spot for vegan/vegetarian food. I've also had their fish tacos. Definitely some of the best! Relatively affordable if you're looking for a couple dishes to last a couple of days.
Came in early afternoon, atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable. Food was absolutely delicious, we had French toast and omelette and it was some of the best brunch food I’ve had in quite some time. Most interesting was the BYOB, where we were able to bring our own champagne bottles in to drink with our meal, we have not heard of that much in Colorado but the environment was very open. The price for the food that you are eating is unmatched.
Off the beaten path, this cafe has one of the best whole wheat pancakes.Vegetable omelet had lots of sautéed vegetables, not just a sprinkling.Loved the atmosphere ,excellent and friendly staff.Would love to go back and try their vegan offerings.
Love the atmosphere! They provide a parking lot, which is super nice. Love all their brunch choices, tasty pasta and sandwich.
