When I visit Newark NJ again I would definitely return. The Chicken wings, corn bread, macroni and cheese were delicious. The potato salad was awful. The service was excellent. The nonalcoholic drinks were actually really good. However, I wished that they served alcohol drinks. It was BYOB at a restaurant. Never heard of bringing your own alcohol to a restaurant maybe it's a NJ thing.?

My husband and I where on vacation and discovered this hidden gem. The atmosphere was soothing as well as the food we ordered. I ordered oxtails with a side of kale greens and mac n cheese and it was cooked /prepared/served to perfection! My husband ordered chicken wings and fries which where juicy, sweet and tender. This is definitely on our must eats list when we are in town. (Wish they had a location in Dallas, lol) Thanks again Bentleys of NJ for your exception service and immaculate food!

20/10, atmosphere the bombbbbbbbbb! Music lit hookah lit BUSSIN ! food lit! Directly off the highway, easy parking , very friendly. You can dress up or dress down you’ll fit right in. I’ll defiantly be back, from Paterson. Love it! Oh yeah Mimosa isn’t water. Bring your own. This is the spot . Devil eggs taste just like my grandmas . Didn’t even taste my banana pudding yet & I know it’s goodt!

My sister and I went to Bentley’s last night and had the most amazing time! The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries (best burger I’ve had in a long time) and my sister had the Turkey wings with Mac and cheese and yams. She kept raving about her meal! The establishment is BYOB, which was fine and they had Hookah! Our server was Tia and she was so sweet! She told us about the weekly events (karaoke night, comedy night, etc) and I can’t wait to go back!

It is always a great ambiance, great food, and great servers everytime. Our team is so thankful for your staff and service!

the food and the atmosphere was amazing definitely five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food looks good, but when you actually eat it there’s no flavor, no seasoning, how do you not use salt? But the chicken had an odd sweetness. The mac and cheese was dry. KFC has better mac and cheese, put that into perspective. The peach cobbler looks like jail food. The peach cobbler from the military MRE’s taste better and they’re pre-packaged. The only thing that they made good was the plantains.

First time trying this place. I like to try and support small black-owned businesses when I can, but when I do I'm often disappointed. For the prices I was charged most of the food was underwhelming. I ordered the "lump" crab cakes with mac and potato salad. The mac was beyond dry to say the least(pics to follow). I also ordered the lobster roll which had a very strong fishy smell to it. Not used to that from fresh seafood. Me and my wife went to an actual seafood restaurant and I smell more fish from this roll than I did from the actual seafood restaurant. My wife ordered the henny wings with collards and mac. Her mac was just as dry as mines with the collards being bland and the wings being just barely passed cooked for consumption. The only winner was the lobster mac and cheese. Other than that I don't think I will be giving this place another try especially not with the quality of food for the prices they charge.

My experience with this place was one to remember & not a good one at that y’all. Took almost 2 hours before I even received my food & when I got it, it was cold -_- the service was TERRIBLE! I asked the waitress to refill our pitcher twice before my friend took it to another waiter. DJ was good & atmosphere was good but nope not for me. They even missed placed my friend’s credit card & someone found it in the floor. Definitely do not trust this place
