Great place, if I lived near by it would be my local watering hole. Great service, great atmosphere and great food. If you are visiting Newark for.workmor pleasure you should definetly pop in , say hi to Peggy, have a beer and a bite to eat!
What a great little neighborhood authentic pub about a 3 minute walk from Newark Penn Station. Huge beer selection and awesome pub grub. Come hungry.
Small cozy grill downtown Newark outside Penn Station. Appetizers were tasty and I had the chance to sit outside.
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat while waiting for a train. Great atmosphere, and I was hoping to get a cheesesteak, but they were out. Great beer selection. I’m not really sure what made my Cajun burger ‘Cajun’, but it was kind of boring. My bartender was inexperienced for pre-6pm dining. I’ll give them another try the next time I pass through.
Had a good meal at Bellos. Excellent local IPA on tap. Great house cut fries! Good chicken parmesan sandwich, with grilled chicken substitution. Attentive server.
Great food with plentiful portions. We were served at the bar by the owner who was an absolute joy to talk to throughout our visit and kept our drinks full, our wait time low, and made us wish there was a Bello’s in our home town. This is a perfect gem of a place for lunch or dinner.
Went here with a group of friends after a Devil's game. Good food, drinks, and service. Our group was large and they did well accommodating us. Great variety of food and a great option when in the area.
Great lunch spot right outside Newark Penn Station. Music is a bit too loud to hold a conversation, but food is good and staff is accommodating. Too bad so many homeless and scary groups on the walk there, but not the restaurants fault. Great beer selection and once inside, friendly crowd.
This is the place to celebrate a Devils win or sulk after a crushing defeat. Less than a 10 minute walk from The Rock, it's an ideal spot for post-game or pre-game eats & libation. Food was delicious & they have a wide variety of alcohol too. The waitress and bartender were super friendly.
WOW! Sport bar with delicious meals and plenty of variets of beers (6-10 USD). Looks like an Irish pub with soccer and Devils flags. Ca 9 TV screens. Great services! For Europens fans it's the must seen before Devils game!
