Staffing was very limited. Had to go get a server to sit us. I understand some of the employees had called out. The waitress was as accommodating as she could be. No fault of her own. She was pleasant considering lack of staffing. I've been to this place several times in the past. I'll come back again. My food was good I know because of the time we're going through we all should pleasant and patient.
Came in to sit at the bar with 2 other people. There were 2 chairs available and I asked some people sitting at a table if I could move 1 chair to the bar and they were fine with it. At that time some bald gentleman got really rude and said we could not move the chair. I put it back and one person in my party was extremely upset and tried to move the chair to the bar. At that time the gentle became very belligerent and called another gentleman to escort my party member outside. While my other party member was outside, the the bald gentleman said me and the other party member would need to leave as well. All because of a simple chair move that nobody was using 1 hour before closing. I have been there many times and I have moved chairs before. Had the bald gentleman approached us cordially and asked politely there would have been no problem. I enjoy going there and I know the bartenders well and we've never had any issues. The bald gentleman needs an attitude adjustment.
unprofessional look how they are making a story and one waits a long time to be able to have a good dealsecond time here and how is it possible that we order the same dish and they only bring one and leave me waiting for me that is wrong because if we go together they have to arrive together I ordered a drink and the drink comes last the food comes first
The chicken was excellent! Food well cooked. Clean tables. Bathroom needed some attention. Customer service was good.
Hair in food (as indicated with red circle) and Alfredo pasta lacks sauce. No apology or anything. Stay away from this horrible place. Still waiting on manager Ora to come with my check of $0.
Would have easily gotten a 5 star but waiters must write orders down on a pad so they dont bring you what you did not order. Fries were cold too. Everything else was great! Host was gracious, place clean, food very flavorful and well cooked and drinks were just rite for dinner beverage. Not too strong and not too diluted. I would revisit.
I am allergic to mushrooms and they put on the ticket 86 mushrooms) means no mushrooms but yet mushrooms on my plate. Wow! Watch and check your order cuz I almost died from them messing up my order. My second order had no broccoli but yet I got broccoli. Diamond B messed up my order tremendously. This is crazy!
20 minute wait on a booth. First time ever paid $23.00 for steak and shrimp. Our bill came out to $80.00 for 2 drinks, two entrees and honey pepper wings. It will be a while be I got back
The grilled chicken I ordered was dry cold and no flavor. I spoken to the manager and she took the food back and gave me another plate but it's still no flavor to this meal ? thumbs down. This restaurant needs another cook because it just seems like y'all are microwaving food to make it hotter in stead of cooking making it to order. Never again will I ever visit this location.
Hi I went to Applebee's last week. I went to the takeout side. The worker told me I had to wait outside. I waited about 15 minutes before they took my order. They were very ghetto. I will never return. Then ask me if I wanted 3 or 5 chicken tenders. When I got home the chicken tenders was not tasty. Felt like something was hard in it. Because I order chicken tenders and fries. I had to throw the whole thing away. The fries tasted cold. Horrible meal. Money wasted. Dons diner or tops diner in Kearny. Is where to go. Great service there.
