I've been coming here for years and never had a problem until today. The heavy set dark skin woman with twists at the counter is extremely rude, disrespectful and nasty. She talks down to and yells at customers. She has no business working in a restaurant. Her personality is a poor fit. She was disrespectful to me after I placed my order so I requested for a refund and they pleaded with me for 10 minutes but never offered a truce. No discount or free item to calm a disgruntled customer like most customer oriented businesses would do. They gave me my refund only after I insisted and a group of other customers who were present sided with me and criticized them. They have a lot of competition so it's very easy for me to move on. I will NOT be returning. ?

Everyone knows south orange Ave is the right one to go to bc that’s the og location and service. But After today I will not be back at this location never. I don’t know if you need to see who you had clocked in today on June 27th at 6pm but they were absolutely disgusting with th attitudes to the point where my money was refunded and canceled my order all because I didn’t want an additional 4pc shrimp to my large order. The cook in the back had the nerve to tell me keep my money we don’t want you here to go ahead and leave. When all I was trying to explain was I want all of the order to be as is minus 4 little pieces of shrimp. I then agreed to say okay I’ll take it since your about to start and the lady still gave me my money back. I am absolutely disgusted by the services and the coooks. Bring the originals back!
I had Cajun rice, fries, fish, shrimp, and chicken wings in which were all great but the banana pudding and chocolate cheese cake was not good at all.
The food is good yet the area the establishment is located needs improvement. I just learned how to order online so it's a quick in & out.
This place is serving up some of the best fried chicken wings for sure! The only problem w/ this joint is the location and the wings could be bigger. Do yourself a favor by placing your order online and ordering a few extra wings because their delicious.
Ambassador used to be so so good but it was way to salty fir me this time around. I usually never have a problem but the amount of salt on the chicken ruined my while meal I ended up given it away.
Price is ok, but the Tenders are way to salty, the wings have no taste at all and the fries are too old, no taste and not crispy.
Wing starting not to taste the same tasting more dryer and the chicken Look cheap
