Expensive food, terrible service. I ordered pasta for dinner and it took over half an hour to arrive. No one came to serve water so I went to take one for myself. I refilled the water by myself once more before I leave. When I was about to pour the water, the waitress told me to sit down so she could serve me later, but I was in a rush. She told me "I WAS CAUSING TROUBLE" and reluctantly poured the water for me.Don't bother to tip. The order was done online. The waitress barely added any value other than delivering the food and giving you attitude.
Pretty poor experience at this restaurant- Their model use QR code menu and ordering only and you tip before you are served. It took 12 minutes for a glass on wine and 25 more for the entrée. The food was sub-par and pricey even for the airport. Servers were unable to provide a receipt for the food without an email. Definitely wouldn't have tipped 18% if I knew up front what the experience was going to be like.
Honestly a terrible experience, expensive food, terrible service, bad tasting food, and dirty restaurant.Expensive food: I paid $70 for 2 burgers and a coke. This would be fine if the food was good and the service was good.Terrible service: we were not served water in 30 minutes, you could hear other people verbally upset about the lack of water. The waiter dropped the food, didn’t make eye contact and left. Spent his whole time on the phone in the corner. I ended up going to the bus station and pouring water for myself. No one stopped me.Bad tasting food: I ordered a medium rare burger, it came out well done with a layer of burnt char on the bottom. I’m all for a Smokey flavor, but this burger just tasted burnt campfire. Also they make the bacon in rose shapes for the burger, instead of flat. Effectively making the topping 2 inches tall and impossible to eat with the burger.Dirty restaurant: the floor is sticky, there is trash on the tables, the glasses are smudgy. This would be fine for $20 fast food. But your paying for a luxury restaurant experienceOverall: don’t go here
We stopped for breakfast. You have to order everything on your phone. Service was very friendly, food was very delicious, I had the avocado toast and a cappuccino and it was really really good. It's a simple dish but yeah some places can't even do it right. Everything tasted fresh and I really enjoyed it. We didn't wait long but it wasn't very busy. Good stop
Waited for nearly 2 hours for a medium rare filet steak. Some error in the system screwed up our ticket. Steak then came out after 2 hours very well dome, instead of medium rare. It was also completely burned on the outside. For a 60$ steak, which didn’t even come with any sides beyond a bed of green, it was unacceptable. The only bright spot was a fantastic waitress who must have went back to the kitchen 3 or 4 times to try and get us our food. By far the worst dining experience I have ever had in terms of kitchen staff and general fine dining food quality. We joked about stopping at McDonalds once we got off our final flight because at least they wouldn’t char broil chicken nuggets.
I don't mind spending a lot on a good meal. I don't appreciate the service at this restaurant. I ordered off the tablet and the food was brought to me. I was never checked on until the end of my meal. I observed the service staff on their own personal cell phones and it had the feel of a fast food place. For $30 for one person, I expect better. The food, overall, was delicious.
Poor service and with an attitude in spite of the high prices. Ten dollar warm beer is available. Waitress states that refrigerator does ot cool much. Do not waste your time.
About a half hour after ordering, my food was being delivered. After over 15 minutes and not receiving I clicked contact server. After 10 minutes, contact again. Three times of attempting with no response I had to head to my gate. I later get a text telling me where I can get a copy of my bill that was charged to my card. Absolutely horrible. But I guess in an airport satisfaction doesn’t matter.
Very Good choice to eat a steak in Newark Airport!! I order a 16 oz. Bone-In NY Strip Steak and was cooked to perfection!! Firm but yet tender enough, medium fat and delicious natural marbling!!! Side salad was good too, Staff is very kind and supportive, thanks to Cheryl for her excellent service!! If you have time for spare and don’t mind to pay in the upper range of prices this is the right place!
Terrible. Pricey. octopus served with skin still on. Limp French fries with squashed ketchup packets. Broccoli rabe was stringy. Nice bartender though.
