Wow this place has changed. It was dirty, a d the mouths of the employees was awefull. I was with my 10 year old son. We had to listen to so many curse words it was disturbing. Dine in turned into getting out as fast as we could. One employee actually complained of all the f'ng customers who just showed up out of nowhere. It threw him off he said. Sad.
Terrible employees are the worst. Tacos smelled and tasted like old tomatoes. So much cursing and arguing from the staff extremely loud. I was there with my 10 year old and we had to leave.
Always had good experiences coming here. Never got my order wrong.
Looks like the workers at this Taco bell don't wanna work cuz on regular time they close at 1am and I got there at 12:53am and they said they are closed. So I told them the regular closing time is 1:00 am and that there is still 7 minutes left until closing but they didn't listen and 2 days ago I came here to get my food at night and I ordered gordita crunch with nacho cheese shell and they charged me nacho cheese shell but they gave me the regular taco shell and the beans were dry and not enough portion of anything in my tacos. Workers who work here from morning to evening are best but night time workers are lazy and they don't know how to take care of their customers. And last thing is when we say we want extra sauce they give me only 2 packs. Do they not understand what I'm saying? I tell them extra and they give me only 2 packs. It looks like the employees are paying out of their pocket for sauce packets by the amount they give. Night shift provides horrible service. I wish I can give them 0 stars.
Yesterday I ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa with no sour cream and I received sour cream with barely any meat.I will not be returning
Today. Will be my last day going here. There is a very nasty ( rude ) associate who works there, that needs to appreciate the fact that I did not match their energy. I placed my order ( with someone else ) and was cut off by this rude individual saying “NO” to a question I asked. Which clearly caught the person taking my order off guard. When I go to pay, I let the person who originally took my order know that I was waiting to my meal ( after receiving my drink ), all I hear in the back is “no ! No They didn’t order that! They didn’t place a order”.* Please teach your staff the proper way to handle customers. Why !? Would I say I ordered something and sit and wait for it ? I gladly took my money back instead of waiting more and paying again. I’m not handing you my money because I “NEED” too. It’s because I Want to ! Big difference, especially when I can make it at home and better.

Never go thereWe ordered a bunch of items and were there at around 9:30pm the employee first of all were not attending us and we waited for 5 mins then while taking the previous persons order she dropped the register spilling all the coins out of it. Now 2 of employees were collecting the coins ( 1 would be enough to do that and other should taking the order knowing that the store is going to close) after a long wait she came to take order and she says if it’s card you have to order from the kiosk. Okay fine but shouldn’t she have said that before keeping me waited? And then she assisted to order from kiosk which was fine and she asked me it was dine in or take out it was around 9:40-45 and I said dine in to which she didn’t say anything. We waited to get our food and then in the end when the food finally came they said you are not allowed to dine in since we are closing.Now my problem is it was their lack of customer service which kept me waited and delayed my time to order. They kept saying (to my friend who arrived a bit early that we said we close at 10pm) okay which is fine but where is the service one employee does mistake the second comes to help her who can do the work herself instead of waiting customers. The same employee then says to order at kiosks comes with me and asks if we want to dine in when said yes she’s fine with it doesn’t care if the store is closing. Then gangs up with the other employees that you can eat here we close. When we asked her she should have at least informed us about this and we have gladly went to other store one of the other employee came and in a rude manner started to say we were preparing your food. She was not the one doing that and the other man was trying to argue and call cops because we expected to dine in! My time was wasted I had to have cold food which was poorly made (previous to what happened) after coming home what we see is quesadillas with what a pinch of cheese and burnt burrito supreme.The staff is pathetic and spoiled our meal.
One the cleaner Taco Bell's I've been to. The lady Maria that works there is always super nice and quick with my order.
Terrible service. They got my order wrong and when I showed them my receipt proving otherwise they gave me attitude and STILL insisted I was wrong.
