Want to give a shout out to the awesome staff who gave my daughter a new hot cocoa free of charge when she spilt hers and was very upset. I offered to pay for a new one but they insisted. Thank you!
This Starbucks makes up their hours on a daily basis. Service is extremely slow. I was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes as soon as I pulled up to order, they told me they were closed and refuse to take my order.
I work close by and this Starbucks has their own schedule. They close when they feel like it…. Fix the time on google if you are going to do that. It’s currently 5:45pm and decided to drive to this location & it says they close at 9. another disappointment….. will stop coming to this location. This is ridiculousAnd they are always out of items when they are open ??????
I went to the drive-thru at 10.30am today and was expecting the Starbucks store to be open because it says it's open on Google, but it was closed. WITH NO NOTICE. All there was was the same paper sign it had when I went yesterday too on 12/26 at 3.15pm which said "Early close at 3pm". I even checked their Instagram page (@raritanheightsstarbucks) and there was NOTHING about it being closed today. I'm giving it a 2 star because when it does open, they make my drink to perfection ??
I wish I could give it less than a star.. Can you at least post that your opening hours have changed? This branch has what seems like a nicely curated social media page but it does not even have a single notice about the unexpected close? Arrived in the morning today with another car ahead of me who was as equally confused. Not a reliable Starbucks location at the moment. Maybe the manager is on leave.
I want to deeply thank the Raritan Heights starbucks family, they supported me from the first day always with a smile and excellent disposition. They accompanied me every day in my study and I got to know several people who work there. All very good people, excellent disposition, always attentive and very worm. After waiting on line in the drive through for 20 minutes, my drinks came out flavorless. Both the white and peppermint hot chocolates were basically hot milk. What a disappointment! So much for consistency that you come to expect from this chain!
Really? Drive-through only still? Masks 100% still should be worn, but there’s no need to make it drive-through only, especially in an area with so many vaccinated people :/ Def less about covid and probably lazy management not wanting to maintain the dining area or pay their workers to man it. If anything, just take orders inside and don’t allow indoor eating- to-go only is perfectly fine with everything going on, but being drive-through only STILL is pretty telling since this is the only place left still doing this..
Starbucks’s headquarters needs a complete paradigm shift in this location. The sad thing is , this is the closest Starbucks to me, in fact I can even walk there. However that’s not possible due to many of the uncommon practices of this location. On several occasions, I’ve seen this store post signs saying “drive though only”. What about your customers who don’t have a vehicle, sadly that’s not an issue for me but the lack of proper customer service at this location is. In addition to my previous complaint, this location also operates on there own schedule. They do not follow the hours practiced by most Starbucks locations. I’ve seen this store closed as early as 2 in the afternoon. PLEASE HIRE A MANAGER! Thank you
Bad experience come at 7:45pm to get two drinks: iced espresso doppio light ice and caramel ribbon crunch frappucino. When I got my drink espresso full to the top with ice and I kindly asked that I requested light ice, she takes the drink back rolls her eyes at me and then gives back my drink. Where's the hospitality? Will not be going there again!!
