Service is the worse.. the get your orders know... Only the managers will help you. They got three of my orders wrong and never fixed it. I hope they open another to go to then this one.. I love my Popeyes.. but I don't like going to that one at all the service is very, very bad..
Worst Popeyes In Jersey. I ordered a family meal and they had the nerve to fill their sides containers 50%. I ordered mild chicken for my kids and of course it was spicy! Biscuits were burnt and fries/Chicken was undercooked. avoid this 1 and the one in plainfield on Terrill rd.
Popeye's never disappoints! It's always hot fresh chicken, whether you like the actual chicken, or strips, or just the chicken sandwich, believe me, it's great!
Ordered ahead on the app. Peeked in the bag to check for the correct sides and saw the receipt describing my order. Not wanting to hold up the line and dig everything out to open the box, everything looked ok. WRONG. How do you mess this up? Seriously, the receipt shows exactly what to pack. Got a box of tenders instead of chicken pieces. SMH. What’s worse, the tenders sucked. Must’ve been an old batch they were trying to get rid of. Even my kids took a few bites and decided on eating something else. Pretty bad when you can’t get kids to eat chicken tenders.
I don't think I will be buying Popeyes from this establishment. My order consisted of a 4 PC Chicken Combo for $11.99 and a Medium Drink for $3.19. I was charged $13.98 for the 4 PC Chicken Combo instead, and the final cost came to around $18.The chicken was crispy; however, it was dry as if it sat under a light for half an hour. Due to the cost of frying oil going up, I know Popeyes have had to increase the price of their chicken. Still, I hope there will be a price update on the overhead menu to reflect this information and notify the customer of the cost of purchasing the item.
I was served a limited quanity for the price. Just seemed like I paid a lot money for my whole meal than what I was served.
BE CAREFUL HERE! I tried to redeem an online offer code with my online order in this store and they tried to charge me the original price. After I had given them my code they still tried to argue with me over it. Then the cashier tried to question what I ordered when they should have my order already! I couldn't believe how clueless the employees here. Also, a lady in front of me was also having an argument with the employees because they tried to scam her, too!
While handing over my order in the drive through i fumbled the bag and 30$ worth of Popeyes ended up hitting the pavement. They were kind enough to remake my order and quick too without hesitation, kudos! Food is on point too.
Our order was cooked FRESH! They didn't leave anything out either.. everything was perfect.
I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, and 2 of them were okay. The one I was eating after 2 bites did not seem normal. I decided to look inside and to my surprise there was no chicken pattie. It was a piece of chicken with actual bone. After a few days, I came back and complained to a manager.Not the first time they screw up my order. I should have taken a picture. :(
