Horrible service and unprofessional. I wanted to give a zero but that was not an option. I ordered the 16piece and only received 12 pieces even though I paid $35.16. I thought the manger would add on to the existing order once I brought it to his attention, but he put his bare hands on the chicken and then indirectly accused me of being a liar. He counted out the pieces and realized I was right but could not bring himself to acknowledge it. I refused to take back the chicken since he touched it and did not prepare a new batch. I asked for a refund and it took him so long to issue the refund. I wasted gas and time driving back to this location only to be aggravated and insulted. I will NEVER patronize this Popeyes location again.
The woman at the register was very pleasant but it's a dark dreary restaurant that made me wonder about its cleanliness.
Every time I order from here via DoorDash I ask for spicy chicken and they keep giving me regular. Also what is with the not giving any condiments thing for chicken combo meals. The door dash app does not have a condiment section for this, at least not one I can properly see and when I call the Popeyes location to add the condiments in my bag they say they usually only put it with nuggets or tenders. Literally it’s the same chicken as the fried chicken. Thanks once again for giving me bland chicken that I didn’t ask for in my order.
I ordered a 12 piece spicy chicken meal... Most disgusting chicken that I've ever almost eaten!! So glad that I decided to inspect my chicken before eating it or feeding it to my friends!! The chicken was old and slimy!! It had like 2 layers of breading so that says it was redipped and refried. Upon peeling back the two layers of breading was this slimy gooey clear stuff underneath. I got sick from what I saw luckily and not from eating it. This place should be shut down! Also the staff was not wearing any gloves or sanitizing their hands while handling the food. If you are hungry, don't go there. Save yourself the money and the more than probable chance of getting sick!
Chicken was old worker put fries on top of old chicken so I wouldn't notice. Please stop taking people's money if the food isn't fresh.
They are rude and racist. I walked in and a group of men walked in as well, they were Asian and when their order was done the cashier said “hey china” never will come back
Parking cost $3 at the local parking deck, I went there recently and saw a bucket collecting water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby area. Employees are cool, might give you the wrong order but they’ll fix it if you ask them. I’ve seen some questionable things happen infront of the popeyes but i do understand that is outside of this establishment’s control.
Been here twice and both time I was cheated I order and paid for a 3 piece meal and received a 2 piece meal and never given utensils TWICE!!! THEY customer service is poorly
Ordered delivery tonight of 2 classic chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece order of beignets. We received two spicy chicken sandwiches and two apple pies instead. Get it together people.
The staff was really friendly and interacting with the customers in a great way.
