Chinese Noodles Ramen

The spicy pork dry noodles did not ???☎️? unfortunately, contrary to establishment's name. The flavoring is simple, perhaps too simple (chile oil), even for a simple person like me. However, the quick service and simple menu elevate the overall experience from ? ? ? to ? ? ? ?. Nevertheless, I will have to give them another try with a different entree because everyone deserves second chances. For most things.

To be honest I wasn't impressed. The soup dumplings were good but everything else wasn't enough for me to want to come back. Food wasn't fresh, sodium overload and minimal ingredients. I would rather pay more for better quality. The staff were nice and polite.

I came here for lunch with my boyfriend. The food came out very fast --within 10 minutes after we ordered. The waiter was prompt and helpful. The food was very good and worth trying. My favorite is the Sesame Noodles. I wished the dishes that were labeled as spicy were actually spicy. I added the house chili oil but it didn't add much spice to the meal.

Nice clean little place for quick lunch/dinner and everything in between. Had Mala Sliced Beef, perfect for my palette. Just spicy enough without overwhelming mala spice!Kids loved the Chicken lanzhou ,noodle !I have not tried other places in New Brunswick, but glad we picked this one!

This was the first time I tried Taiwanese food and have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the stewed pork over rice and for $8.75!The cherry on the top was a fried egg which I did not expect but just made the dish so much more appealing. The meat was very succulent and the rice had just the right texture. The establishment is small but very clean and the service very friendly. In these days of rising costs, a meal for $8.75 is unrealistic, not to mention the portion was very generous. A similarly filling meal at a greasy fast food restaurant would cost much more than that. And if you decided to opt for a 'healthier' version of fast food, would easily cost you more than double that.Being located in downtown New Brunswick, street parking is very difficult to find unless you decide to park in one of the garages, which would cost you $3.00 for an hour. Will definitely revisit this place in the future. Highly recommend it!

Simply put: this is some of the best food in New Brunswick. I love the dumplings, chicken wings, edamame, and spice beef noodles. The prices are also very reasonable.

It was okay for fast food Chinese. Proportion was good. If you're in the mood 4 they're our friends it is worth a try.

Must try. This noodles are delicious and you can customize the bowls to your liking. You choose which broth type you want and noodles too.We got the Beef Noodle (not spicy) and the Chicken Katsu rice. The chicken katsu rice was good as well but more of a simple dish. It came with white rice, bok choy and a small container of katsu. For appetizer we got the Sichuan style dumplings. So good! Probably my favorite thing we ordered. The dumplings have a good spice and are flavorful. They have other dumplings on the menu and can't wait to go back and try the others. We ordered takeout and the food was ready in under 15 minutes! Price point is great. It's in downtown so parking can sometimes be difficult.

Had to give this place a 6 star if there was an option I tried their spicy beef noodles and it was very good and the taiwanese stewed pork with rice ,very flavorful. The manager in the front was very patience with me and explain each noodle dish with me and which are his favorite. He suggest each noodle should have a little spice which will bring out the flavor of the broth. He also suggested me the Szechuan style pork and chive dumplings which is very good. My only suggestion is the dumpling could be a little more spicer. They also have a homemade chili oil in which you can add to the level of spice you want. Overall this place is very authentic Chinese noodle.

I enjoyed the bao buns and the dumplings were great. The Ramen was a bit lack luster and the broth didn't seem the have alot of flavor and made me wonder if it was made in house made or if it was a mix of pre-made broth cooked in the food or something.
