The guy in the glasses with white frames is incredibly rude and awful. Terrible customer service. I witnessed him shout/raise his voice at an elderly man because he got confused about where he should pick up his food. The employee had a terrible attitude and was very condescending. If you want to feel dumb or get bashed over getting confused about anything, this is the perfect place to go. Don't understand why they are so ridiculously mean and rude; listen to the other reviews. Seeing how he treated the customer got me so upset.FYI: Clumping up a bunch of signs together doesn't make it more clear as to where everything is... In fact, it makes it more confusing to others.Aside from that, their bubble tea flavors tastes pretty good. But watch out for strands of hair in your bubble tea...
Their taro bubble tea tasted so weird. Tasted like shampoo.. not even kidding.. I had my friends try it and they said it tasted like dish soap. Other food was okay

Great experience. They have ordering in the front through a speaker. Cashier was very nice and helpful. Bubble tea is top quality as well. Ordered catering with them as well and everything was extremely organized. Great bubble tea and food place!

Super rude staff. The bubble tea itself is pretty mediocre, but the people there are rude and arrogant. The prices on the menu (that was posted liberally on the walls) were off by several dollars, and when I asked for clarification the cashier was extremely rude and argued with me even though he admitted they were wrong. I paid using Venmo and checked the box you're supposed to use when paying a business and then the cashier accused me of paying 30¢ less and came out himself to be rude in person.Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but apparently this is not an isolated incident so don't waste your time or money here. I certainly won't
