Went at 3:40 a.m, employees were horseplaying and did not answer drive thru despite multiple times trying to get their attention. When they do serve food it truly is the most abhorrent one from any McDonald's around.
They don't have it together here, read the reviews.Tonight, I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get to the window to be asked FIVE TIMES by THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE what I ordered. Still handed me wrong food and when switching it for the right food, still forgot the fries ?. Doh!
Order is always wrong. Fries are always cold. They can’t take 2 orders for 1 car. I don’t know why the kids live this trash
Did mobile order for pick up. Disappointed that they didn’t read my request. Just did the usual for happy meals.
They claim to be 24 hours. The app allows you to order 24 hours a day. On top of all of that there is staff there 24 hours a day. However if they don't want to serve customers they just don't answer the drive-thru and if you pull up to the window they just wave at you and give you a big x with their arms. I'm going with they should probably update their hours.
The food is usually not hot even when you ask it be made to order, they will get your order wrong on the regular and if you need to go into the store it’s usually crowded.
Wow McDonald’s workers. I can’t thank you enough for giving me the most detest sandwich ever!! Am I suppose to ask for everything extra? Like I’ve literally never had this issue with any other McDonald. So I know to go out tonight f my way now and be that customer and asks for extra everything. Because someone can’t comprehend to even put the bare minimum. Do better!!
Fast service through the drive-thru. Food was hot and tasty. Order was correct.
THEY didn’t give me my sauce even though I repeatedly asked for extra sauce???????????????????????dry ahhh food
Always asking to pull into a spot and wait. They also have a sign that they're hiring so, maybe this will improve once they have a fully trained team?
