Horrible customer service! Young girl with short dark hair who ran the register was extremely rude to us. We started to place an order with her at the register and she interrupted and rudely told us to go order at the digital kiosk (as if we were supposed to know). Their online menu is completely different than what’s offered in store. They didn’t have the Chinese bento boxes. We looked at the digital kiosk where she told us to order but the boba tea was not on the menu. I asked where to order the tea and instead of using WORDS she pointed at her register rudely. Tea was good but customer service was terrible, would not go back solely for that. For a take-out only place they are also way too strict with masks.

one of my favorite places on college ave. the sushi and its servings are good for the price and the bentos are great.
So friendly wish I took a picture of the food before but it was really good. I think it was the owner but one of the ladies gave out free samples and she just really went out of her way to promote not just the business, but an amazing dynamic among the customers. Witnessed her going around and making sure the quality of the experience was good. Great place to get bubble tea and food. Will be back!
Would not eat here again! I have a number of complaints: First of all the owner kept asking personal questions that made me feel uncomfortable, the food is undercooked, the bathrooms are unhygienic and disorganised. The only thing that was ok was the staff.

This restaurant is a total fail. Horrible customer service, rude employees, and the food was undercooked. Don’t bother. There are many other better restaurants than this in the area. Stay away at all cost.
Don’t usually do reviews but this place isn’t worth going to. Expensive food, and not worth the money. The owner has her kids running around the store it’s hard to even wait for my food. I ordered the chicken katsu and it was not worth it. Not sure how the free bubble tea work cause one employee said it was top 10 while another says it’s only a pearl bubble tea.
I don’t usually do reviews but I’ve been here often for bubble tea. The owner Jessica kept trying to talk to me while I was trying to order Gong Cha. She asked a lot of personal questions, trying to advertise the Chinese food to me and I don’t like how close she was getting to me. I would also like to mention I read a review from Angela and she mentioned how the Dirty brown sugar with milk foam was dairy free but it isn’t. I asked the employee and they have both heavy cream and milk in the milk foam!!Edit: Since the owner mentions this review being on the wrong account, I would like to add that a Pearl Milk Tea comes free with a purchase of a bento, like the owner said while asking me questions. I would assume they are by the same owner? Also many of the drinks says milk tea but not all of them contain dairy? I did ask the staff just to double check since Angela’s review seems too good to be true, even if she’s a “first timer”.
I went to order bubble tea, and this lady kept asking me personal questions like, “where do you live? Do you live in the area?” I get that you’re trying to promote but you don’t need to interrogate me with questions if I’m not even interested. Seems like the workers are bothered by her too.
