This is our (husband and I) go-to spot because1. the food is always delicious and never disappoints and service is always quick.2. Online ordering via their site is a breeze and they do not get it wrong...like ever. And we've ordered complicated omelettes.3. Delivery is from the store so you do not have to pay outrageous Doordash or Uber Eats surcharges/fees.4. When you rack up points, you get free smoothie or free merchandise which my husband loves (never gets tired of their tanks)5. Did I mention that the food is delicious, if not, it is...like really good.6. Establishment is always clean when we go there.
My neice took us here while visiting her ,and it was soooo goodt We had breakfast pancakes,French toast and it was the bomb. I will say this,they do need to work on the scrambled eggs? maybe scramble them in a bowl first then grill.other than that,I would visit everytime we were in town??????
I just placed a BIG order for my office. Everyone ordered individual meals, most with customizations (no tomatoes, add bacon, etc). Also with sides, extra sauces, etc. They got EVERY item correct. The order was ready in 30 minutes, and they even brought it out to the car. On top of that the food is DELICIOUS & the portions are huge. We will definitely be ordering more often. Thank you so much!
The place is smaller than I thought and the food was okay. I ordered the buffalo chicken panini with potato wedges and it was really good, however, my boyfriend’s chocolate chip pancakes were dry and didn’t taste that great. Good spot if you want a late night grub though.
The food here in general is good. The crisps, potato wedges, breakfast items and smoothies are stand out items. My biggest issue with this place is how often they mess up my order. This wasn't an issue in the past. I'd reccomend dinning in or double checking your food when picking up. The place has a lot of seating and is kept neat.
It’s truly sad that I am writing this today, I have been a loyal customer of Hansel ’N Griddle for many years since my freshman year at Rutgers in 2007….and for last few visits the customer service continues to worsen to being down right rude. I’m done with place until the owner corrects his front end employees (on the phone and in person)
I love their caesar dressing! The wrap is delicious, I love their pita bread and the potatoes wedges are to die for. Service is nice and quick.
This place is awful! There was no seasoning added when I asked for it, the potatoes are bland and cold. There’s more cheese than egg so all you taste is grease. I also ordered a salad, there was no dressing when though I ordered it. And when I called to offer a nice review to the store they were extremely rude and seem to believe everything they make is delicious? Really because the bacon on the wrap is a nasty brown color, this is quality food you charge $10 for? Give me a break if this is good food then they just don’t understand culinary arts at all
Been eating and ordering takeout from here for years. The best takeout in the area. The food is amazing, delivery people are nice, always comes on time and order is always right. Love this place. Try the smoothies!
this place is terrible. tried to order a good meal since I'm stuck in the hospital and I get a burger that's chewy and has NO flavor or seasoning AND my wife ordered a BBQ Chicken wrap and it had NO BBQ SAUCE!
