I'm pretty much done with this place. The counter person is a struggle. One day, I called in my order and then walked over to pick it up. When I got home, I realized she'd given me the wrong bag. So, back I went. I was concerned that another customer had handled the food but she told me no one had. I took it b/c the container was stapled. But, I wasn't sure.Another time, I called for delivery b/c I was busy working from home. I clearly stated my street name (a major street not so far away from the restaurant), and she couldn't get it. Several times, I said it. So, I didn't bother to order.Today? She looked at me in amazement b/c I asked her to wipe her hands properly. As if I hadn't just watched her remove her mask to shovel some fruit or whatever kind of food it was into her mouth. With her fingers. And then smear a thin napkin over her mouth. She wet her hands in the bathroom. I think. Anyway, the spare tips were very tough. Difficult to eat. So, yeah. NO MORE. The food is mediocre. And this lady just gets on my nerves. Giiiiirrrrllll, bye.
Food is excellent, the only problem is that if you order online they won't read the time that you ask them to deliver the food, so now I'm eating dinner at 1:00pm because they didn't read that I ordered it for 7:00pm.
Today I ordered for the first time wongton soup and 2 egg rolls and when I went about eating my food 5 mins later and 5 big bugs came out of the bag. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!
Really good Chinese food with affordable prices. This place does not offer dine in due to COVID-19 but take out is simple and easy with fast service.

The female that answers the phone is rude been going there for years. Today was my last day. She's been rude to my kids and I still showed kindness. But she is rude as hell
I don't really understand why people complain about customer service. The cashier treats everyone with respect, but only if she is respected herself. The food has always been the same, and I love that it's consistent. Everything about this place is convenient and tasty.
